Have been to the store the last 3 times over 2 months and shelves empty of “Clear Eyes” eye drops and “Just for Men a Touch of Gray” hair products for men.
I won’t be shopping there anymore !!! 😡

I never appreciated how great the pharmacist and staff were at this location til I moved across town and had to start going to the S Durango CVS.
If things don’t improve I guess I’ll have to switch it back and make the drive or switch to Walgreens.

CVS at Village Center Circle is outstanding. The team members are all over due for pay raises. You want quality, this is the team and ya’need to pay for them.

I recently visited CVS Pharmacy and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Chi. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions about my Nurtec pill with patience and clarity. I felt genuinely cared for and appreciated their professional yet friendly demeanor. It's reassuring to know that there are pharmacists like Dr. Chi who go above and beyond for their patients. Highly recommend!

waited it five minutes for somebody to come up to the front nobody came. I went to go look for someone found someone told her that Im there for a pick up. I told her it was big so it was probably the box on the floor. She said no that’s for UPS. She said let me come with Supervisor. Supervisor came out told him my name and guess what it was a box on the floor she didn’t bother to read it. It said my name in big print.. spent 15 minutes for something that couldve been 2 minutes.. never going back.. horrible service.

Kole was super helpful today including the cashier! I went in asking for a product & was super nice about it ! Even went back to see if there was more in the stock room. Thank you !!

Poor attention to physicians and practices calling in. 45 minutes to an hour commitment and I was just told to call back and leave a voicemail after being on hold 20 minutes. Complete disrespect via poor management and priority.

I came to that CVS for COVID vaccination at 4:40 pm and Pharmacist said we closed at 5 pm. I said good, now just 4:40 could we make a vaccination right now? And she said no because we closed at 5pm.
So, if you see hours operation to 5pm it means before 4pm I guess.

This CVS is an excellent store! The staff is available and caring, and help resolve problems. For example, CHI, a pharmacist really helped with an insurance issue, and Bill, at checkout explained the extra bucks program carefully and with kindness. THIS IS A GREAT STORE!!

Yesterday I had to call EIGHT PHARMACIES to find my wife’s migraine medication, and this was the only one who has it in stock. We didn’t have insurance to pay for the pills, and the staff were able to find my a significant discount when they turned out to be eye-wateringly expensive.So impressed with the pharmacy team!
