Awful Customer service … Pharmacist very condescending and not willing to help more then he had to… I am in too much pain to write all that happened … this pharmacist wouldn’t except the info from Walgreens … find a different company… I tried another CVS and that was no better. All happened from 6pm to 7pm …

I had to use the bathroom as I had just driven from Las Vegas Motor Speedway to pick up a prescription on October 27, 2023. After getting the prescription and asking if I could use the bathroom, the pharmacy said yes and to just ask the lady upfront for access. Well, the lady upfront lied to me and said the store didn't have a bathroom and was incredibly rude about it. I told her the pharmacy said I could use the bathroom, and now you're telling me you don't have a bathroom? So the pharmacy is lying? She walked away and ignored me. I was very disappointed as this lady is clearly someone who suffers from some physical handicaps and couldn't muster up enough empathy to allow me to use the bathroom.

Pharmacy seems to be slow at times.

They close during lunch instead of alternating lunch breaks. The lights on the parking lot don't work. The drive thru is super slow. And they always have people at their door begging for donations to different causes. Horrible pharmacy.

I went through the drive through to pick up a prescription. I sat there after hitting the notify button for about 15 minutes, while the girl behind the window ignored me. She went so far as to put a bag up to her face to block her view to the window like some infant playing hide and seek. Did she actually think that if she couldn't see me then I couldn't see her? This child has no business being in a customer facing position. All she had to do was acknowledge my presence and let me know it would be a few minutes. It just astounds me that any company would hire anyone who couldn't be bothered to do their jobs and I've encountered two girls there with that attitude. I will never go back there again and would strongly advise going somewhere else for prescriptions. The other store employees seemed to be just fine.

CVS is a good store, good employees, but it needs a make over or updated. It a little old and a lot of waisted space.

This pharmacy has gone from bad to worse!!! Doesn't matter if you wait in the car line or go inside it's gonna take forever to get your prescription. The customer service is at an all time low as well, if you take anything from this post know that they are closed from 1:30-2, you know the normal lunch time break, lol.

when calling regarding an ADHD medication the person on the phone was very short and clearly annoyed with my questions. i understand that those who have been affected by the shortage are being persistent and maybe even a little upset when trying to get details about their refills but the staff should remember that it’s not our fault it’s there’s a shortage. please stop taking it out on us and have some compassion, i need my meds to work which is my whole livelihood. i’ve been going to cvs for years and i would rather continue doing that over switching but being treated poorly over a medication used for a disability treatment is unacceptable.

Worst pharmacy. They will hold you Rx if they suspect you won’t pay copay despite you never claiming hardship but will happily prepare thecost prescriptions

If I could give these people zero stars, I would. Their system went down at noon today. They can not fill any prescriptions because I suppose a pencil and paper are not available. Instead of texting to tell us this, they kept extending the time and texting new times. Now I finally find out they won't fill the prescription today. This is an aggregious behavior, and I will report this to NDI. I have yet to experience anything but poor service here and will refuse to accept scripts there from UMC in the future. Totally unacceptable.

Pharmacy not very helpful. Will be transferring all my businesses elsewhere. No customer service from ALL the techs and cashiers that work there. You get to the pick up window and it's always "date of birth"... what about a hi or hello first? They always look bothered when I pick up meds. I always feel Anxious going to this pharmacy and was going because my dad has multiple rx. I will be making sure that his insurance changes this year and will never have to go to this pharmacy again. reading from previous reviews, I'm not the one who feels the same.

So, I thought it would be a good idea to book a COVID-19 test at CVS. Big mistake! From start to finish, I was in that drive-thru for almost an hour. The first 30 minutes were spent just inching towards the window, and the next 30 minutes waiting for the test to be ready. I've been tested for COVID at various pharmacies before, and it usually takes just a few minutes if they're moving quickly. But not this time. They were slower than a sloth on sedatives, and nobody bothered to tell me what was going on.Finally, five minutes before it's my turn, I hear the sound of a woman screeching behind me. And when I say "woman," I mean it in the loosest sense possible. Remember the fat old lady who turned into a zombie in Dawn of the Dead? Well, picture that, but in a Nissan Rogue. She charges up to my car like a bull in a china shop, yelling at me as if it's my fault she's been waiting for 25 minutes. She's screaming at the pharmacy staff like they can hear her through the shut window. The passenger in her car is begging her to get back inside, but she's too busy making a scene to listen.I have to admit, I was impressed that the Nissan Rogue could handle the weight of a literal cow behind the wheel. After she exhausts herself, she speeds off, leaving me wondering if she was really going to the pharmacy or just going home to nap off her tantrum.Needless to say, I'm not planning on going back to that CVS anytime soon and not even my local CVS based upon this experience. I might even have my prescriptions mailed to me from now on. And hopefully my call to Customer Relations will do something about your slow and uncommunicative pharmacy staff.
