The Sun City location is a wonderful store that is managed by very well. Lori Ann the manager and Stacey always do a wonderful job at remembering my name and helping us open the locked up cabinets for our shaving and vitamin needs. Brian & Mary Michel Conboy

I have to say the staff is friendly and tries to be efficient but I don’t understand when I go to pick up a prescription of a statin I got last year for eight dollars and it is $262 this time.! I can go down the street and get this prescription filled for five dollars! When I told the young man behind the counter, there is no way I was paying $262 for a statin. I purchased three months ago for eight dollars. He then decided to tell me about a discount prescription card. Mind you he only told me this when I said I was not going to pay $262, not before hand. After the discount my medication came to $26! Huge savings! What about all the elderly that go into the store, that aren’t offered this discount because they never spoke up! This is insane. How does a statin go from $262 down to $26.99 with a discount card!??? Offer this to everybody, some people are eating cat food in order to pay for high price prescriptions because maybe they’re suffering from depression dementia or too embarrassed to speak out like I was! The store is clean and personnel are friendly, but this is very “scammy”

Love the fact that the store is open 24 hours. Everytime I go to the location at 8320 West Cheyenne, I always experience great customer service at the front counter and with the pharmacy. The manager Ricardo is very friendly, personable, and takes time to talk with the customers and really makes you feel welcome.

Perlita always greets my husband and I with a smile at the CVS in Sun City, Las Vegas on Del Webb boulevard. She is very patient with any questions I have and helps me to check out quickly.

Start working on the prevention of thefts. Incorporating security to ensure the safety of the customers and the workers I believe would be the best stance, otherwise I think these stores are really well ran the one in del Webb has outstanding customer service, as well as capable staffing.
