Purchased an Amazon Gift card from 8491 farm road cvs . Card has already been used. Maybe cvs needs to somehow keep track of the fraudulent activity going on under there noses. Such BS . Send someone a gift that’s useless.

What’s the point of buying anything you keep locked up when you don’t have it the store staffed to get you your needs. I’ll just pick these items up somewhere else. Your loss.

The Store Attendant was very helpful to take time to help me with my CVS Care program. She did not rush me and went out of her way to figure out where my points were. I have several numbers I guess but she was helpful

The pharmacy service is always good—I haven’t had any issues there. However, I’m new to using coupons and was hoping to save a few bucks. Unfortunately, the cashier seemed to know even less than I did. When they called for help, the conversation got loud and made us feel uncomfortable. In the end, I lost the coupons and just paid the full price. We decided not to come back, except for the pharmacy.

Messed up 1 of my prescriptions now my insurance coverage is messed up too and they just passed me back and forth and couldnt figure out how to correct this. If one is terminal, they will die due to stress dealing with them rather than the disease itself.

Long lines at the pharmacy inside and for drive thru but was in and out in under 15 minutes. Quick service and love that I can check on the status of my prescriptions on the CVS app.

Beth was very nice. She took the time to ask me how to pronounce my name so she didn't say it incorrectly. It muttered to her that she pronounced it correctly and that's a courtesy I don't always get from other stores. She also noticed that I was interested in possibly getting some photos done so she recommended that I keep an eye out for promotional discounts online. Truly helpful. 9 times outta 10, I have great interaction from the CVS team. I only mentioned Beth because she was the last team member I spoke with and of course we talked about names so her name stuck with me. Those working at this store are always so kind.

And this is the CVS on Farm Road. They are very rude. They open up at eight and they don't answer their phones at all you go straight to voicemail. They say they'll call you back and they never do you try to talk to a pharmacy you're never can get through to them Very disappointed to take my meds somewhere else like Walgreens or Costco. They're very respectful responsible they do answer the phone CVS on Farm Road. Do not give him. I give him a zero.

Wouldn’t fill our prescription because they were closing for lunch in 4 minutes. Essentially they wanted to start their lunch early so they wouldn’t give us our eyedrop prescription for our child.
