Visited this location for the first time. I almost got accustomed to poor customer service at some of these places. However, to my delight- the Operations Manager, Kendra- was exceptional. Good customer service is not a lost cause.

Two stars is being generous I don't know who it was that just called me from the pharmacy office. For one it's a mobile phone you can't be holding a phone far away when it's a cell phone and it's in your face. Two read the prescriptions before you call people Make sure the person isn't mentally incapacitated that you're calling. When the person says this is their mother that's most likely the caretaker and has been for years since they've been a disabled child.
I don't live in that neighborhood but the way she talked to me makes me feel uncomfortable for the rest of the people that live in that neighborhood.

CVS Boulder Hwy - all the staff from Pharmacy to the store staff are very helpful and always willing to help. Their attitude are so positive especially the register crews

They need self checkout registers because the employees talk to much about nothing with other customers. I'm there to get and pay for medicine... unnecessary waiting times for the above mentioned. I asked the employees before about self checkout registers but they said no because they get less hours....yet the other two registers are always closed. ?

I’m giving my five stars to Sandy (cashier) but the recent says Lavada. Anyway, she works in the front of the store. Super friendly and welcoming, we cracked jokes and she was super nice helping me with what I needed. ☺️

I usually go here after my daily runs and I believe she is a manger her name tag said kendra but she is really short and has a braided pony tail and last time I was there she was really rude to one of the girl employe when it seemed like she was trying to do her best and I didn’t say nothing last time but this time I came in and I believe she was having a conversation on the phone and it was not that pleasant it sounded like it was talking about another employee and she was just really talking down on the person and either way I just feel like she shouldn’t be in a manger position if she is that unprofessional
