so i dont know where to even begin. the pharmacist that was decent is gone now and all they want to do is mess with my medications not to mention the terrible app they dont update it and apparently they refuse to help and im guessing would rather inconvenience their patients the staff is terrible rude dont even introduce themselves when you call so you dont know who you are talking to and they seem to do whatever they want because they tell me one thing then another cvs has no problem helping me out please save yourself the trouble and go to either a different cvs but i would suggest another pharmacy if your insurance can dealing with cvs now is like a hassle im a type 1 diabetic so their mistakes and attitude could cost me my life i believe one of the employees names is kim i had to ask them personally for their name because they didnt say who i was communicating with

I understand the area clientele isn’t ideal, but that is no excuse for doing a half-hearted job. Listen to patients, look up and read our information to properly convey information to us. Too many times I’ve been assured of a refill and NOPE; not until tomorrow OR the NEXT day. Guaranteed it happens in the morning. (Not referring to medications out of stock, which does happen, but understandable.)

KRIS CARVALHO is the absolute worst pharmacist. He is a cancer to this CVS location. His leadership is so bad that prescriptions sent over to CVS at 12:30pm, have still NOT been fulfilled by 8:30pm.My Doctor visit wrapped 12:30pm. Visit CVS at 4:45pm - “oh they just sent that over, we don’t have it ready yet.” So CVS is claiming that my medical provider is not sending prescriptions over at the end of the visit, but rather holding them until the end of the day??? Gotta be a lie, or they’re exposing a big problem with healthcare… betting that she was lying to me about their inability to fulfill prescriptions within 4 and a half hours. Avoid, avoid, avoid. At least be HONEST - you’re understaffed or just unable to fulfill prescriptions in 4.5 hours.

Thanks Garrett in the pharmacy for being on top of my medication refill and helping me out with good customer service!

This is the worst cvs in the city. They have a hard time taking CVS coupons . They never see the % off when you put your number in. And they don't help.

I switched here from another cvs. Worst cvs ever I have been hung up on refused to allow me to speak to the pharmacist. Just super rude. First it was a lady then a man name Jose I guess. Ya I’ll be going into store to deal with this because this is far from ok!

After spending 7 hours in chemotherapy, I had a list of medical and grocery items I needed to pick up from CVS, the closest drug store location to my home. After entering the store and doing some shopping, I suddenly had an urgent need to use the rest room. I politely asked the arrogant, self-righteous better-than-me pharmacist for the code to the door to use the restroom. Being roughly 10 feet from the rest room door, he told me I had to go back to the front of the store and get the code from a cashier. And possibly have to wait in line? Really? I yelled over to my daughter shopping about two isles away, "Let's go home! I Hate this store!" As I was walking out about halfway across the store, the pharmacist yelled to me, "I'll let you in, but just this one time", I responded "it's too late for that now". He then said in an attempt to save face in front of the other customers, "Have a nice day!" I again responded, "It too late for that too, you've ruined my day, you're just rude". I have reported customer service issues at this store in months past on their online survey, and also several email exchanges with the store's general manager. He assured me he was working on the issues, but nothing at all has improved, in fact the customer service issues have just gotten worse. Manager blamed his problems on Covid and a supply Chain. Maybe that excuse worked a year or two ago, but we're way past that. He needs to come up with better canned excuses for poorly managing this store. CVS Corporate - Pay attention. Read the other reviews on Yelp and Google, I'm not alone in my appraisal. You can easily ignore the very few 5 star reviews which name names and are clearly personal - without a honest appraisal of why they are really giving them 5 stars, but only to help their average make it all the way up to two stars. I will never ever step foot in this store again. It's dirty, they rarely have the products you desire, you'll very likely get hit on by a vagrant begging for money, but worst of all, the customer service is the simply worst I've ever seen anywhere. CVS Corporate, or anyone with real power should just shut this store down, fire everyone, clean it up, and start over. My wish is that no one ever has experiences like I've endured in this store. I wouldn't even rate them one star if I had a lower option. There is a very nice alternative CVS Store only 2 miles away and they are way cleaner, have less of a vagrant problem, and smiling faces to great and assist you. Isles are free of clutter, they actually have shopping carts and baskets, and happy to have you're business. They will have mine from now on.on:CVS4595 E Flamingo RdLas Vegas, NV 89121 There is also a Walgreens on the corner of Russell and Boulder that is another option, however, they aren't all that clean and have some vagrant issues, but the staff is really nice and willing to help when needed.... I was very happy to find a nice alternative so close.

You have two superb women working for you in the front. Their names are Veronica and Kay Alvarado!!! They always help me when I come in. Today, Kay spent a lot of time when she didn't have customers figure out how to print my photos. She always has a smile on her face. Also, Veronica is a huge help for me. Example, she knows I buy cvs nicotine gum. I had to go to pharmacy first and I asked her if they had the Dove sensitive soap. Buy the time my prescriptions were ready, she already had my gum and the soap for me by the register. Both of these young ladies always go out of there way to be helpful and are very sweet. They deserve to know that I wrote this review on them both. Thank you CVS for hiring these wonderful young ladies. Sincerely, Cari Kramer

I've been going to this drug store for almost a decade. Although the service I had from the younger woman a few days ago was not so pleasant, every other time has been smooth and helpful.

Horrible service from the technicians in the pharmacy. They treat people like they are less than. Seems to be a lot of demographic discrimination. Don't put a pharmacy in "urban" neighborhoods if you are going to treat the customers like trash.
