I have been going here for years. The only one left from when I started is Heather. She's wonderful. However the new people are terrible. For example, Stan. I'm having a issue with filling lately and don't know why. I inquire about it. What does he do? Gets an attitude. He said my name like I was a child. I wish I didn't need RXs because I wouldn't go.

I have been going to this CVS for over 5 years and I have never had an issue until recently which deserved a one star. This CVS has a new pharmacist who appears to be racist against Caucasians. Her name is Gabriella. Gabriella is a very young Latino girl who was rude and disrespectful. She said she didnt like my white people and said i was not welcome there anymore. I can't believe this happened and I have also reported this to her corporate office. Beware of her she is evil.

Not very much in stock at this store, lots of bare shelves. Not many employees working here and no beauty consultants to help with questions I had. Asked the cashier about beauty and cashier knew nothing about that department. Took my business to Walmart instead.

Dangerous location. Store allows all the homeless in the area inside the store to hang out & charge their phones. The same homeless will just steal from the store all day. They have a huge camp in the back where there is a bunch of trash and poop

First the pharmacs whole staff takes lunch at the same time . ( cant stager lunch times)Now, no one to answer your phone calls they force you to get a call back. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

The absolute worst service. Once the pharmacist Venus left, this place went downhill. They can have 6 plus staff working and make no acknowledgment to the customers in line what so ever. Brittney the new pharmacist lies to customers and her regional manager Chris S (he asked if I was threatening him as soon as I said lawyer because I added my lawyer is also US military ? who advocates for the healthcare of ALL VETERANS). Hhmmm makes you wonder ?? They are all pharmacists managing the pharmacy he admitted they have little to no customer service training. You think CVS corporate would put customer service above all else with their billion dollar profits. Basically the customer does NOT MATTER at all. I transferred all my scrips to Alto down on Pilot road who are also open on Sundays. I will gladly move my business where I am valued. You should promote Venus to the top to train everyone, she had it down and no one even needed to train her. Or for god sakes have a customer service ambassador at the front of the pharmacy managing personnel and customers because THEY HAVE NO CLUE what they are doing. FYI The speaker box on the outside lane doesn’t work. Brittney refused to help me from the outside lane for a pick up, she told me it’s for drop offs only - she had to yell over the inside lane car to communicate with me. This is after I waited over 10 minutes for the car in the other lane to be processed so I figured I would change lanes because something was obviously wrong with their transaction. Then I proceeded inside the store just to now find I am 3rd in line. I waved at the 6 plus personnel saying I moved from outside could someone please help me. No eye contact or acknowledgment was made by any of the 6 plus staff members nor Brittney the one who refused to help me from the outside lane. Finally when I was 2nd in line I made eye contact with the African American gentleman who was helping the 3rd car that would have been behind me and I stated I was in line outside already and needed to be helped. He said you’ll be helped and continue to ignore me. Finally when there was no one else to help I was helped by him. I said I didn’t appreciate having to go through 3 lines to get helped. He said nothing.
I wound up vomiting my medication due to the stress of the entire situation and now needed to go through incompetent folks to have it refilled again.
The whole experience just shows you where there priorities are (not customers) all the way from the drive thru to the Pharmacy manager Brittney to the regional manager Chris S ??? what a joke.
BRING VENUS BACK AND PAY HER TRIPLE!!! ASAP!!!

I came in nervous and left happy, visited about a couple weeks ago! Huge store, very friendly and helpful staff too! I walked in from another cvs on the way and asked for syringes because the first didn’t give me those with my prescription needles. Wish I had his name, but the taller possibly manager gentleman helped me out and was so kind. You made my day man ?

Only a 5-STAR for the courtesy and professionalism of SAM!!!
Both of my Christmas photo orders were incorrect and he was apologetic. He attempted to "remedy" the problem prior to my arrival, but to no avail.
Boo.
The website was clearly "out-of-stock" with the Christmas ornament I wanted, but let's you order it?????

Pharmacy hours are now even shorter…. Why is it only open til 7pm weekdays then 6 sat and only 5pm sunday… then they send reminders to pickup your medication but only after the pharmacy is CLOSED…. ?♂️
