I just came from CVS where I was told that my diabetic insulin syringes were on order. I then told them that I was completely out, and was told that I could purchase enough to get me through till Monday. I was initially told it would be 50 cents each one which I said okay I can do that. The pharmacist then comes back with a box of syringes and attempts to charge me almost $45 over the counter when they had just showed me four single syringes they refuse to sell me those and told me I would have to spend $45 for an entire box. This is absolutely unacceptable and ridiculous! Why would I spend $45 on a box of syringes that I can get for free with my Medicaid insurance on Monday it is now Friday?! This same box of syringes can be purchased at Walmart for $8 to $10 ? I usually love the staff at this CVS however today it was a completely different person and I found her very abrasive and somewhat rude but I'm sure nothing will be done about this!

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with CVS Pharmacy recently. I called ahead to inquire about a specific item, and the customer service over the phone was outstanding — the representative was courteous, helpful, and very efficient. They not only confirmed that the item was in stock, but also went above and beyond by setting it aside for me right by the register so it would be ready when I arrived.
When I got to the store, everything was just as promised. The item was easily accessible, saving me so much time and hassle. The self-checkout process was also incredibly smooth and intuitive. The machine was fast, easy to use, and there was a friendly team member nearby who was ready to assist if needed, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.
It’s rare these days to receive such attentive service combined with such convenient shopping, but this CVS location truly delivered. I will definitely be returning — thank you for making my visit so easy and pleasant!

Horrible pharmacy service. The pharmacy's manager does a horrible service. Make me wait for my med more than half an hour and not even do anything.

Great site, all of the employees at CVS are very very pleasant and very professional, the store is always clean and they have good deals and if you care member, you can really make it worth your while with your $10 off and then you get other coupons sometimes you can purchase some thing and hardly pay anything with other those extras. It’s a great place.

I don't particularly care to shop at CVS because I am forced to use self-checkout. I despise self-checkout registers. The customer service experience would be so much better if there is a cashier at the register. I normally don't shop at CVS because of this, However, I was shopping for something for my mother and this location is nearby.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy ever. They are completely incompetent and incapable of performing the one function they serve. The also don't care in the least. Complete NPC robots. Never send a prescription here, especially if you need it quickly and are in excruciating pain.

Absolutely incapable and uncaring pharmacy. Unable to perform their single function. Do not ever have a prescription sent here if you need it filled quickly.

Didn't get the results I hoped for at the Minute Clinic, but both the intake nurse and RN have great bedside manner and took a real interest in my issue. Would strongly recommend.

I went to the pharmacy and found out my very popular medication was on back order. They found inventory at this CVS. I told the man at the pharmacy counter my story. He said "he couldn't give me the medication", because it was saved for someone else. I don't know if that is right or wrong, but it felt very wrong and no other employee in that pharmacy said one word. I highly doubt it's okay to " save medication for patients who" pick up their medication at that pharmacy. Maybe some training on what he should say is appropriate. Shame on you CVS on Warm Springs and Spencer Las Vegas NV.

I have always used Walgreens until the pandemic when I went to CVS to get my shots. I find their most as good as Walgreens and better pricing. The employees are cordial, knowledgeable, and Customer oriented.

Walking into the neighborhood cornerstore convenient store around 10am wasn't the issue. The issue was walking up to the Pharmacy. The lack of soft skills, and sense of employees who didn't express gratitude for their employment is the problem. For the most part, I am a pretty neutral personality. I give and show respect. Nothing over the top, but a simple "Hi! How are you Today?!" Goes a long way. I've worked Customer Service for about 10+ years. It's true when they say that when you work with a company, you are the face of who you're representing. I believe in not only looking presentable, it doesn't have to be over the top, but something as simple as brushing your hair, teeth; doing something for our personal hygiene; that's not where I'm going with this. The point is showing up for yourself; number one. Doing a self wellness check before you clock in. I mean you're clocking in for a paycheck right? You're going to be seeing, and working with many people. The question is, if you're an employee, do you not think each customer is deserving of a simple and thoughtful question of how they're doing? I'm not saying to be completely empathetic, but, show some commonality or a smidge of interest, in the customer. Why do I have such arbitrary thoughts on a pharmacy technician and how she felt she couldn't even provide me with the same respect as any other customer? I'm not easily offended, but I work hard to ensure that everyone receives equal treatment. Disappointed to say the least. It's not often that I am at the Pharmacy for medicines, I would like to receive the same treatment. Not just at CVS, but anywhere.
