I believe we chose to have our nails done to relax and enjoy good service. Do not expect this at this location. Sloppy work and rude service. This is a luxury service and when you pay almost $50 for a pedicure you want to leave feeling pampered, not insulted. The tech made me feel like I since I don’t come in every 2 weeks I’m neglecting them. He left after this terrible paint job without a word. We should all expect better service and spend our hard earned money at businesses that want your business.

Service was mid. Nail tech did not fully clean under my nails. They do easily pick up oil and debris. He didn’t tell me to wash my acrylics despite the dust. Thought that was odd. One of my nails is crooked and My cuticles were left dry and crusty. They were going to trim my cuticles but stopped after one finger ? I start nail school in a week so now I know what not to do :P

It’s only been three days and my acrylics are falling off because the nail tech didn’t apply the base over my entire nails

Amazing experience and great service. I couldn't find a sitter for my 3 kids, when I had a nail emergency. They were the only people who could see me on short notice. While I was there, they were so sweet to the kids and I. My nails came out flawless. And I highly recommend, 10 out of 10.

Unprofessional manicurist, I mainly do pedicure, dead skin is not scraped, workmanship is very dirty, you can charge, 45 dollars or even more, but look at your technique, it is not worth the price, you are responsible for it, don't you check it? Don't ask if it feels good, you don't need regular customers, you can fool as many as you can.

Good customer service. But way over priced for the quality of work. I paid $70 for a gel pedicure; which is normal. But leaving the gel on my skin and allowing it cure that way isn't. I also got a regular manicure. My hands were never placed and soaked in water like normally. I did not get polish. They charged me $37 for basically putting some cuticle remover on my fingers, clipped the cuticle and filed my nails. I don't mind paying money for quality services. But this isn't it.
