Walked in to shop but my toddler had to use the restroom. It was hard to find a worker and when I did they said they didn't share the code. My daughter had an accident in her pants. I had to rush to another store to clean her up. The employees were rude and said they didn't need our buisness when my husband said he wasn't shopping without us while we rushed to clean my daughter up.

The clothes don't last too long and it's the same price as Ross horrible quality and the prices are not that great most of their products are made out of plastic or plastic fibers

If I could give no stars I would. I went in to get my son a jacket for school. Grabbed a few other items along the way. Get in line, checked out get all the way to the door and the person at the door asked to check my bag of items that I just purchased. They pick and choose who to do this too. I’ll never shop here again.

I hate this place never coming back I am a daughter of a manager from dds discounts when we were ready to check out the cashied said to look in our stroller. My mom questioned why . It was okay but the manager TOUCHED my sisters cheeks. This isn't normal My sister's 8 months old! U never know we're her hands were at she even called my mom a Karen my mom had to call her manager gisspla, which is a store manager all I know about her is her number her number is. 239-2885 r

The store itself was ok a little overstocked but the customer service was the worst the manager was rude and unprofessional and the so called security team was unprofessional as well overall very poor customer service

As soon as you walk in you're welcomed with a greeting. But it's crowded with over stocked items such as purses or generic colognes. There are different departments but everything is so messy and not organized it's really only looks like a men's side and a women's side that's how unorganized it is. You'll find random items in places while you're searching through items.

My item did not have a price and the cashier told me she would have to add the price of $19.99 when I told her there was an exact item with the price of $17.99. She told me to go get it or else it'll be $19.99. She said she couldn't do the price check and she couldn't ask another employee to do it. I guess we have to do their job as well now.

This is a bargain basement store with hundreds of useful items in just about every category imaginable. I visited the store for the 1st time the week before Christmas to pick up a couple of last minute gifts, portable stereo bluetooth speakers, which, as it turned out I was very satisfied with. The quality and sound were solid at an unbeatable price. If I hadn't known exactly what I was looking for I could have been lost in the store for hours. Think of a poor man's K-Mart but a third of the size. Many areas of the store were in disarray but considering the time I was there and the well staffed and friendly well intended attendants trying to keep everything organized, Overall, if you're on a tight budget looking for some very nice gifts this is the place to shop. I'll probably be shopping there again soon myself.
