Today I had a very bad experience in this place (Dds Discount de la Desert inn) I was served by a Mexican lady named Gisela, I have to say that she is a very rude and racist person, I went to return an item and without even looking at the receipt she told me That article is not from there, so he doesn't know where I got it from, he treated me very badly and I had to go to another box to solve my problem because he didn't want to help me. It seems unbelievable that among Latinos we crush each other.

They are closing the store 15 to 20 minutes earlier than closing time. I got there at 7:15pm and the doors were already closed. Very annoying as it should close at the times that are shown online and at their door!!!

Supervisor acted as if she could not hear me 3 times when I said politely excuse me may I ask you a question. Monica was very rude and stated we are not taking pictures of individuals when we have them stand at the front of the store for up to one minute prior to entering to shop. Very suspicious behavior. Community needs to investigate for privacy and potential misuse of identity. If you have having this much of a theft issue close down.

Disappointed!!!! There hours say they close at 8pm and they really close earlier. Got to the store at 7:45 and they wouldn’t let me in.

This store seems to be on the racist side, all Mexicans or Puerto Rican only working in the store. When blacks come in the store this location immediately makes them stop at the front of the store claiming to take a photo in case you are stealing, which I think is very degrading. We stopped by the store today to pick up few items , as soon aswe entered the store the LP young guy told us to stop to take a picture and I was drinking a soda that had a lid and straw and was told I cannot enter because of it, but we watched a family of 3 Mexicans enter the store and was never told to take a picture nor did they make the kids leave there drinks outside, I am a grown woman and have been shopping at DDs for ever, but this is one store I decided not to shop in today and will never be going to that location again. I called back today to this location to speak to the store manager, the lady I spoke too claim she was the area supervisor for this DDs , I asked her name as she refused to give her name. They only hire there kind at this location, and if you are black the assume right away you are stealing. I went to DDs on Flamingo and got a much better experience, I spent an upwards of 70.00 today and I am very happy with that location. The location at Desert inn and Eastern I am sterring clear of, I will continue to post about this location until someone reaches out to me from there corporate office. I also am sending BBB this same complaint.
