I love the store, it's a shame the person who was at the cash register had a terrible attitude when talking to people, she didn't even have a name badge to be able to write who she was, she was a woman with red hair and glasses, it's a shame that they have people not trained to serve customers.

Asked if I can return, said yes and sent me shopping with my 3 year old.
I waited in line for 10 minutes and then, without even telling me, they were going to credit me $0.49 for items I paid $7.99 for.
No regards to my time, effort and the lack of patience of a 3 year old!

I NORMALLY DON’T HAVE ANY ISSUES, BUT I AM NOT HAPPY. THE TOOK THINGS OUT MY BAG TO LOSCTE THE SENSOR AND NEVER PUT BACK SOME OF MY ITEMS! They say they checked the camera’s and that it was not left behind. I spend Thousands of dollars with this company. I THINK THAT THIS PROCESS SHOULD BE DONE DIFFERENTLY.

Rude!!! The people in the front of the door literally push you out and won’t let you in. If this is how I’m treated at the entrance of the door. I don’t wanna know how they treat you inside. Will never come back. 👎🏻ZERRRROOOOO STARS !!!

If I could do 0 stars I would. This location now has the front door entrance ropped off and you have to wait like animals to be let in! I don’t know if this is at any other location but spare your self from treated like you are being wait to let in to freedom. I asked if well ever be able to go in there normal with out all the hassle and he said “no this is a new thing we’re doing”

I'm just wondering what type of tacky shenanigans they got going on at this DD's but the things that I see is only going on in the minority neighborhood. First of all, as a black woman you got a guard gates across there where people cannot come in, but as soon as the Hispanic people come in behind me you let them in. But you told me wait a moment. I think that's a little discriminating and a little tacky.

March 30, 2024. Almost all at once several different people came to the area I was in. Were some of them AP? I felt profiled. When you enter the store you are greeted by black rope that stops you from proceeding. A guard that may or may not greet you with a salutation, removes the rope, then you may shop. This is so disturbing! I wonder if it's even lawful? I have shopped at gorgeous high end Santana Row near Silicon Valley, and at high end shopping centers in San Diego, and wasn't profiled, followed, or prohibited from shopping until a black rope on three sides of us entering patrons was removed. It is very uncomfortable to shop in this store. The only acceptable aspect was great customer service from the male employee who rang up my purchases. This was only my second time shopping here. My first time, I was watched by a very unsanitary, slender, female employee, who was open mouth coughing throughout the store, not covering her mouth. Then the cashier was in her ear piece and running her hands through her hair, just before I handed her my items to ring up. A different security person displayed selective greeting, and did the same, barricading you in with black divider rope, before you can fully enter the store and begin shopping.
