The store itself and the products are 5 stars but the employees and the manager are trash!!! no customer service at all screaming at me for their mistakes is appalling rude all the way the manager has no management skills they need a whole new crew they lost a good customer that spends hundreds a month i like to shop, i took my money elsewhere

Straight discrimination I walked in afterwork with my work back pack but before me a lady with her bag walked in for some reason security stopped me and wanting me to give them my bag they automatically assumed I was shopping at that dog diaper and scarf store !! Not knowing that I'm only there for Amazon pickup and not to shop at that horrible store ,I also mentioned to them that if they didn't want people to be upset that signage is the most appropriate way to deter issues , when I asked that it is discrimination to allow every woman in with a purse and not man with a bag ,, do you not have cameras and security to do their jobs it's not against the law to keep your back pack on unless met with policy and signage and professional attitudes.the manager was just arguing with me and telling me to hurry up and get out .. because I was educating her on proper policy and procedure which this store has none also will be reporting this issue to Amazon so they can remove the lockers from that area

Called to find out what time they opened because the website said they open at 8:30am, the guy kept interrupting me and saying 9 o'clock 9 o'clock 9 o'clock Then he hung up on me!!!

I took a picture inside the store, and then immediately afterwards they told me I was not welcome there.
The loss prevention officer at the front of the store became confrontational when I took the photo telling me that I took a photo of an employee. I explained to him that it was a general photo of the store for a google review and that I did not intentionally take a photo of any employee. ImmediateIy thereafter I began to look for clothes to purchase.
Moments after the loss prevention officer confronted me I was then confronted, again, by the man who told me I was not welcome in the store. I asked the man if they were asking me to leave because I took a photo of the store and he said that was not the reason. Management here are dishonest and very paranoid. I would not recommend shopping at this store.
This concerning event occurred on Monday, December 16, at approximately 1:13 PM. I had done what the Loss Prevention officer had asked me to do: place my backpack in an unsecured area of the store on the floor just steps from the entrance. Please note: All outside photos were taken after the man with a vest on came up to me and told me I was not welcome in the store.
Personally, I would never shop in this store again without having first received an apology from their store’s general manager for the behavior of his employees.

Bad customer service online says open at 8:30 came here at 9 it’s still closed the door sign says 9 am open I called the called the worker was rude

I can't give no star because it won't allow me but my 3 year old niece needed to use the restroom and the store mangersaid she couldn't so she told us to take her to a Wendy's but the baby wouldn't be able make it so she peed on herself. Now the store manager is calling the police and said we have to wait and will no longer be welcomed and have to wait for the police to get here

Too bad, they didn't let me in just because I had my thermos of water, I've always bought a lot there but that's very bad, those who come in to steal don't even realize it, oh they're racists. 👎👎

Employees at this location are so rude. Absolutely no customer service skills they don't greet you at the entrance like at other dd's and they can't even hand you the receipt, they just tell you take your receipt really?!! I didn't catch the name of the cashier that helped me if you could even say that. but the associate number is #274799 They expect you to do their work. They yell across the line while your standing there, "take off the hangers" I had two big suitcases and instead of ringing it up with the hand scanner she said put them up here. Then before I could even pay she's already calling next customer like rushing me to get my items and move. Anyways won't be going back in their ever!! Poor customer service.

The old black cashier lady was extremely rude she literally said “ew” to me wanting to try something on in the fitting room she has zero customer skills even when checking out at the register. The younger black security guy with the dreads was much nicer tho. I appreciated his kindness after just being insulted by the old lady.
