It is not fancy, but the rooms are always clean and are considered great for the age of the property. The motel sits in a very active area with nearby activities including a tattoo shop, wedding chapels, Walgreens, and 7-11. The area is described as a melting pot and seems very high active with illicit behaviors, but the place is ran nicely and has 24-hour security. Attention from the staff is noted as very good, and the owner is considered a sweetheart. Some rooms can be very hot and muggy with low-grade quality, and service requests can be slow. The motel provides a basic, no-questions-asked experience with no extras like a TV remote or phone, but features a pop machine that only costs a dollar. It is seen as a sure place to see the real Las Vegas.

I booked this hotel for a few nights, then discovered StayDrive BnB when I decided to stay longer. Their rentals around John S. Park made me feel like I was living in Vegas, not just visiting. Peaceful area, great prices, and everything I needed already set up. Highly recommend for longer stays!

This motel is accompanied by a great team who show empathy and understanding. Even though the location and their clientele is subpar, great hearts supersede the negatives. Thank you all.
