I went to review their Louis Vuitton vintage purses. The staff was very nice but had to wait for a manager and it took awhile. Once I found the purse I was interested in I asked pricing. It was $2500. Interesting at Louis Vuitton store in that mall the same brand new purse was $2620. Buy the new one as it is in better condition and the difference in price was $120. Really not a good deal Dillard you can do better in pricing.

I needed a new handbag while on a business trip. The assortment was well put together and plenty of options for all budgets. I ended up buying a suede crossbody and I absolutely love my bag!

Several employees seemed visibly uncomfortable at the sight of a trans person of color. At one point, a staff member approached me, yanked the product I was looking at out of my hands, and then proceeded to refuse to allow me to go unaccompanied to the register. I saw several white customers around me handling products undisturbed. My partner and I are both sincerely outraged by this racist injustice and a intolerable disruption to our Valentine's Day.

As I approached the men's facilities at Dillard's, I was pleasantly surprised to learn via signage that I was in fact entering the "Men's Lounge" - oh my! And me without my smoking jacket. Upon entry, however, my mood turned to one of dismay. The environment was sorely lacking in the reclined seating and scholarly library one should expect. The bartender pretended to be non-staff looking to relieve themselves, and rudely refused to serve my gin and tonic in the admittedly cramped personal chambers provided.
The store is pretty nice, though.

Dol was absolutely amazing!! I’ve never had such a good experience at Dillards. The first time we came she helped us so much that we came back the next day for her personal help. She works at men’s and women’s perfume & Cologne and Dol was just such a joy to be around.
