This is one of the best luxury shopping experience I’ve ever had. I had some issues with my bag and the Manager, Mallory and the SA, Lei helped me to resolve the issue. I felt so taken care of and almost like a VIP. I couldn’t thank them enough.I couldn’t say the same for the Dior @ Wynn. I feel they are stuck up and once wouldn’t let me use my Apple Card because there’s no card number on it. Doesn’t make sense. Anyway Dior @ Bellagio is my go to for sure.

Beautiful store. The guards were friendly but none of the SA's acknowledged me or spoke to me. I had gone into Chanel, Tod's, Chloe, Fendi, Valentino, Gucci, Bottega Vanetta and was treated wonderfully and chatted with all the SA's in those stores and got texts from some of them later and went back to purchase from two of the stores. Nobody said one word to me at Dior. Oh well!

I walked into this store on Friday. I was so excited to get my Dior perfume. I guess I wasn’t dressed to their standards and no one would wait on me. I had on leggings and a sweatshirt with my hair pulled back. They lost a sale that day. Way too snobby. Just because I wasn’t dressed to the hilt doesn’t mean people don’t have the money to spend on the store!

Product and customer service sucks. They’re done being “nice” and “helpful” after buying a product and ended up having an issue with it.Bought a pair of sandals, wore it once and stitching started coming off. I emailed online customer service but I was told to bring the product to the boutique so they can look at it, as it might be defective. I’m from out of state so I didn’t get to bring it back until now that we returned here. Went to the store, manager went to talk to me to just straight up say that they don’t fix shoes and there’s nothing they can do and it’s not defective without even looking at the product. And even said that online customer service don’t work at the store.

Avoid a sale named Uki. She is definitely one of the most arrogant sales I’ve ever met. After checking my purchase record, she showed me various shirts and coats with her warm hospitality. However, before this, she didn’t even willing to unfold a t-shirt for me. “No more, this is our style.” I don’t see where the problem is that a customer would not like to buy the clothes that are not in her favorNEVER hustle ur customer. That’s so rude

Had a great experience at the Bellagio Dior! Yuqi is the best SA, took her time with me and we ended up finding the perfect bag and had a lot of laughs in the process. ❤️ I have one more I’ll be reaching out for in a few months.

I recently purchased a beautiful Mini Lady Dior Bag and I was fortunate enough to receive excellent assistance from one of the sales associates. Her name is Hedia. She was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the brand, which made my shopping experience a joy. Not only did she help me find the perfect purse, but she also spent time telling me about other products and sharing tips on how to care for my new purchase. I have been a Dior customer since high school and shopped at many different Dior stores across the globe. However, I have never seen such unreasonable service at this Dior store in Bellagio. The blonde white female manager was arrogant and disrespectful. I ended up buying what I wanted at the Dior stores at The Crystal . It had pretty good services. I didn’t buy at the Wynn Dior store,but the stuff was really friendly and professional. Dior at Bellagio??????Never waste your time here at this store but go to the other two!

Horrible experience completely!! I cannot believe that the sales rep accused me of stealing when I am a VIC at Chanel. Laughable! Definitely won't be coming here again.

We waited more than 20 min outside the store and still couldn’t get in. Seems not busy at all inside and no one really buying anything so I don’t know what is their business. Dior, just stop embarrassing yourself.

I brought a bag in store abt a month ago, the chain broke so i had to ship back. TINA LIN sale supervisor helped me out. She got the bag , and shipped me new one, but she didnt not ask me what address to ship it to. There are 2 addresses under my accountshe shipped to the wrong one, did not ask me before she shippedWhen i told her my address is…….She did not txt me backThe package was missing for 2 weeks( when i texted her she never replied back)She is the worse customer service everrrrrrI brought a bag from OLGA before, olga is great super nice, excellent. First time I got bad service in a Dior store, a Girl with aptitude, lazy I have to request to do her job step by step really bad customer service. My mistake I didn't has the time to let the Manager know. The Best experience at Crystal mall is always a pleasure to come bag there but, this time they didn't have what I looking for, so I had to go to Bellagio. If you want to enjoy your shopping I recommend going to Crystal and Wynn store both with really nice costumer service
