I was traveling AZ to ID and had a problem with my truck about 90 miles north of LAS. Stranded, we placed our trust in the reviews online and chose DOC! They helped me arrange a tow, and worked quickly to troubleshoot my issue knowing I was at a nearby hotel. I received a phone call a couple hours later with a diagnosis and a repair plan. Communications were clear and direct with videos and photos to support what they found. Their prices were exactly what I expected and not inflated because they could. The integrity of the shop was visible with every interaction.

Took my moms car there. Needed a new engine, they did a great job. Complete transparency through the whole process. The guys there work hard and are kind. Definitely taking mom's car here for now on.

Came for an oil change, but a day early…but no matter. These guys told me to just hang tight and got everything figured out for me. Turns out my tire pressures and cabin filters were beyond refilling/replacing…all at an affordable and reasonable cost. The staff were very friendly and transparent with all kinds of questions. Would recommend anytime.

I've taken my vehicle(s) to Doc auto repair for the last 3-4 years. They are honest and trustworthy. They will find out what's wrong and repair it quickly. If fact I took my van to Docs before I went out on a road trip from Vegas to Maine. It was a smooth 5,000 mile ride .They checked everything and didn't charge me an arm & leg. I have been to many mechanics over the years but not in the last 3-4 years Docs repair shop is my cars best friend.
If you want your vehicle to last years and miles. Do your car a favor call the Doc make an appointment .
Everyone who works there is honest and polite plus extremely professional.
Thank you Doc for all of your help and hard work.

The most friendly staff I've ever been apart of very clean quick they don't rip u off and they have a lot of mechanics working so that makes them quick so if u see bunch of cars out there don't judge go in there and ask how long and they will take to look at it and work on it (at least to me) and they must do business with part company because delivery comes real quick to so if I could give them 6 stars I would

Absolutely amazing service at Doc Auto! I went in that day (with an appointment of course) and they got new front brakes put on, a wheel bearing replaced, fixed my axle, and fixed up my undercarriage cover all within just a few hours. All of the employees are super knowledgeable and they even showed me what was wrong on my car before giving me a quote. Honestly could not have had a better experience! Best mechanic I have been to in a long time.

If you need to find a mechanic on this side of town, i would recommend to go here. While they charge slightly more for labor/diagnostics compared to others in the area, you will get a truthful diagnostic and reliable service.
