Bought shower curtains to put over my windows when it rained and bought 4 too many. Didn't have receipt. Tasha took it upon herself to judge me a theif and deny my return. I don't steal. Ever. Give these people my business she was snarling and raising her voice belittling me when come to find out its not her decision to make. The store is a chain who has predetermined I get store credit without a receipt. So I went in again. She denied me and yelled at me and again snarled at me with her missing teeth and mustache and furthermore saw her smoking drinking a can of coke then went right in to handle the till. Gross. Very unprofessio AL and has literally zero ndiscretion. Has no customer skills and needs charm school. For the first time in my life I feel I want to steal!!..now when homeless people ask if they can boost for me IL let them. For sure. That little denial which I was going to turn around and spend right then and there will cost you all tenfold. Count on it. Stupid stupid and a dirty store to boot. Also Tasha should not wear diapers at work it doesn't fit right under her dirty jeans s and looks weird. Just wear a maxi pad or something. Diaper is too much to take!!

So much shoplifting every other person who comes in steals something if not a whole basket of food. And now they don't have any hamburger or milk and just about everything you can think of isn't in stock. Why because they haven't bothered with doing maintenance on the refrigeration equipment and now the store can't afford to fix both reach in refrigeratorsSo you might as well forget about getting anything just go down the road to Walmart store on Lamb and Charleston Blvd and the employees are lazy and slow especially the cashier's.

A Caucasian cashier was super nasty to me 06/15/23 about some press on nails. I grabbed them from the front and continued on shopping. He yelled “ma’am ma’am” as if I was going ti steal them. I spend money in this store every week. I asked him to take an item off, he was frustrated about that. He wears glasses, medium long hair.… works mornings (open). I was embarrassed and my feelings were hurt. Please train him better. His attitude is horrible.

I love this store. The staff is amazing. Especially that young gentleman Pierce who is the best worker and so attentive to customers and employees.A+ on professionalism. Pierce makes my visit always wonderful and I will spend money at the store because of him.

Walked in the door with my small purse back pack This extremely skinny white clerk tells me I need to leave my backpack at the door. I told her I will not be leaving my purse at the door. She said thank you and got away from me.I walk around and this heavy set white lady walking around putting things in her big suitcase. Why was she asked to leave her bags at the door?

Consistently incorrect pricing and bad attitude from staff. I get it, the people around here are terrible and you hate your jobs. I will just take my business across town. No more last minute errands for convenience.
