Before I wrote this, I wanted to specify for the last year we’ve spent. I didn’t average of $330-$500 a month at this store. My name is Mary Hodges. I am proud person proud to say I’ve never stolen anything in my entire 54 years of life, I walked in there at in the evening, about half hour before the store closed I spent about 20 minutes. I was on my way up to the front counter grabbing shampoo.& Lotion was the last thing I had to grab. I tried to take my jacket off, but it was caught because I had a crossover bag, and I left one arm on. three of them come running up to me telling me I had to leave the store because they said I tried to put something in my jacket . first, I started laughing because they’ve seen me there three times a week, and they know my face and I know they know I would never do anything like that.. then I realize they were not joking, they actually thought I stole something ???? I had to laugh . now for one. Why I buy $100 worth of stuff to steal five dollars worth of something? I’m embarrassed. I’m humiliated and I’m very pissed being treated like crap treated like a loser who is never worked a day in their life and mind you I was hit by two cars at once on my job. No, I didn’t get any money from it. I didn’t sue people cause I’m not that kind of person. I can sometimes you guys have made our moving over here to the side of town the worst Ever and I’m telling you I grew up on the side of town. I use a cane to walk with a walker, so if I was to steal something, I can’t run that fast so why would I ever steal anything anyway when I have plenty of money to buy it. I grew up in this town and nobody’s ever treated me like that. I go in there at least 3 to 4 times a week. If it’s for anything my husband runs there for milk. Their ground beef is excellent. I’m sorry to say you guys lost a good customer . Karen the manager called the next day. she apologized that they treated me so aggressive and then I was welcome to come back in the store ..too bad the manager who “thought” she saw me steal something , couldn’t come out on her own who didn’t have the balls to face me .. I asked them to call the police because I know I didn’t try to steal or steal anything and they wouldn’t make it right .they wouldn’t let me see the cameras and they wouldn’t call the police . you know next time why don’t you ask people?,”Hey did you try to put something in your jacket” or OK I thought I saw you put something. Can you show me? before you treat people like that. just because it’s five minutes before closing time well, you know what , What comes around goes around and I’ll tell you what you will have a really bad experience one day in your life, just the four of you that worked at night that night on November 12. I will miss Mikey very much I want you to know your sweetheart, and you’ve always treated me the utmost respect. Why don’t you night shift bother your own kind of losers .. and up yours. ..
you’ll be lucky if you don’t hear from somebody higher up.

The manager at this store is rude and confrontational. Even other employee said I was correct. Being rude to a loyal customer is not good business, I am taking my business elsewhere.

I came to do grocery shopping after dropping off the kids I had to use the rest room. I told a young women good morning. Do you bathroom I may use rudely goes no supposedly not in service. I would have rather her said no no public rest room how are you going to say there no bathroom in a store with all those employees.. I get it some people destroy the bathrooms and that's not good . I can you one thing I'm never coming hear agine I didn't even do my grocery shopping there or ever agine.

Absolutely a business. The line is backed up and the manager is playing. Knock knock, who's there with an employee. Trying to get a cash drawer in order to open a register and stands there staring at an entire crowd of customers. Thinking it's funny when we just want to go home with our belongings. Regardless, there has never been any decent customer service in the store. And people should stop going there soon.

What a scamming place this is! They mark the prices each not per pound. I had to pay more than $4 for 8 or 9 pieces of bananas. Very misleading. The cashier also just left his position and went to another spot for more than a few minutes while we were all just waiting for nothing.

They don't care if you're handicapped, or not! The aisles are extremely hard to get down if you are impaired! Their equipment was broken so it was taking them 5 minutes per person to check out inputting the scanning codes manually! I had one $1 item, tried to give her a dollar, and a quarter! They refused so I left the item there! There's a good convenience store with comparable prices two blocks to the east! They're helpful they even had a guy show me right where the product is ? this is what it looks like it's hysterical they actually have three aisles in about that much area! You cannot go down an aisle in a handicap scooter and pass a person there's not enough room ? and it wasn't like they hadn't had me as a customer before, I literally live within a 1000 feet from the store!

It's a cool spot for birthday diy has a variety of stuff the staff is always nice I love the fact it's cheep so it dose not matter if it breaks after one use my boyfriend loves it he is always wanting to go for random stuff
