“Great customer service, love the associates. But inventory is always low due to theft considering the area it's understandable but the employees make up for it always offering replacement items. The only thing is it's hard to see the actual items behind the counter if I ever want to purchase anything. Please reorganize or make things more visible.”
“It only gets a 4 because it's not a 99cent store, miss that place. Anyway this is a good Dollar Tree. It's always nice and clean, and they keep it stocked pretty decently. I have one 2 minutes from my house, but I drive to this one which is about 10 mins.”

“Of all the stores I've been to so far this year, this Dollar Tree has got to have the best customer service. Their employees are always very cheerful and friendly, and you can sense that they are always happy to help. Especially Kathy and Gloria, who were working the day shift! “Yes it's alot of homeless ppl around this store..... But sure they don't choose to be homeless... And the homeless ppl , are some of the nicest ppl you'll ever meet.... If ppl would not look down upon them.... They're human beings too , I talk to them just as I would anybody else.... They are always very nice to me. This store is one of the more closer ones, so it's very convenient for me and the staff members are super cool as well!”

“If you come here alot, you will see Spaghet working.He gives 10/10 customer service each time. I suggest you come here while he is still working here for the full Dollar Tree experience. If you do not know who Spaghet is, please look him up on Youtube. He is genuinely a nice guy & is one of the reasons why I keep coming back in hopes of seeing him again.I secretly want his autograph but I am too afraid to ask.As for the store, other employees & manager. It is the typical dollar store experience but without Spaghet this location would be just plain flat out mediocre.”
“This store has greatly improved with stocking up with more inventory, but could be better with their shelf stocking and replenishment for visual appeal, keeping items grouped and in-line, which is a better for sales. I appreciate them not having the makeup aisle enclosed in a case for easier access for us short ladies. LOL Makeup section and cleaning sections were well-stocked. Great season sections with Valentine's, St. Patrick's Day, and Easter. There were a couple of rolling carts with inventory on them blocking the aisles. Store was pretty clean but a few spots on the floor that need mopping. There were a couple of employees sitting down at the front - not a good look, even if you are a team lead or supervisor. Smaller store space than what I have been in. Convenient and close to home. Cashier was nice, pleasant, respectful, and thankful for my patience. Always a good feeling when you get good customer service before leaving the store. Makes you feel good when you've had a stressful day. Thank you to the young cashier guy. Keep up the good work keeping it positive.”
“This was the best visit I've had at Family Dollar due to the excellent customer service I received from Desiree Ford. I'm handicapped and Desiree was so helpful as I was having great difficulty in navigating the aisles on my handicapped scooter and the aisles don't allow enough room to drive in. Desiree was extremely kind and patient with my difficulties and I look forward to shopping at that store again hoping that Desiree will be on shift next time. Thank you...C Carter”
“Revamped the whole store recently wider aisles to get my scooter down, they've taken the support post for the stores out of the middle of the aisles, more merchandise it's actually nice now. And the employees were pleasant?”

“Cute little Asian shop. It has everything from holiday items to food, food containers and novelty items. Prices are really easy to see and they have signs explaining such as if there is no sticker price ($2.25). I came in to look and left with a fun Christmas gift haul.”
