I came to Dollar Tree for my first time, and it just happened to be at this location, only because everyone on YouTube who shops there always explains how cheap and wide selections there are. I was actually excited before walking in and I expected to come out with a huge bag, and I had a couple hundred dollars in my pocket that day, expecting to pay over $500 with my shopping list I had in my mind from all the videos I say from the bloggers to buy. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was the long line, with only one cashier. I grabbed a shopping cart and headed to the aisles on the right side, and the shelves were half empty. As I went up and down the aisles throughout the store, many items were gone, but to be fair, there were pallets of carts all over the store about to be restocked. I don't know if they restock once a week, and I just happened to come on restock day. After I couldn't find some of the things I saw in the vids, I went to buy candy, and bought over 80 different kinds, along with other knick knacks throughout the store. When I got in line, people saw what I had in my cart and they were secretly cussing me out because it was only one register open. I let the person behind me go in front of us, because that's the right thing to do. (he only had 3 items). Luckily, when I was checking out, the lady at the register was quick and friendly. It just so happens she's a new employee (a black teen girl) and while she was still learning the ropes and in training (her supervisor had to teach her how to verify my cash was real), she was constantly smiling, polite, and scanned each item quickly and into the plastic bags. Ok, so would I come back to this location? Yes, even though it's a little farther away from my house, I would because she was friendly, and customer service is ALWAYS important. Like I said, I hope I came when they were restocking, because it would help bring back customers to that location. They are in a great shopping center surrounded by potential customers that would benefit from this store. (Goodwill, Chuck E Cheese type restaurant next door, etc...) Again, thank you for the great customer service and I do hope the shelves are fully restocked when I return soon.

Travis is kind and has such a positive attitude ! He gets 5 stars !! My one star is due to having him as the ONLY employee here with 20 guest in line. That is not right and not fair to your employee .

The store is dangerous . Boxes on every aisle. Carts or people cannot get through. It's not rare this is an everyday thing. They just don't care about putting product up on the shelves. I think its due to the fact. That the 2 ladies that work her are busy laughing in the office while a huge line forms for the 1 male cashier.

Your Rude Worker that worked today African Older American Gentleman which I felt was total wrong for putting me back in line when had already rung me up. I never had that happen before if I already stood in a long line. Not only was I embarrassed but I literally come here daily, I never had an issue before but honestly he was talking to me as if I was his child and instead of me making it a big deal I left bc I was not trying to fight nor argue with this man. It is 2:20pm on 12/14/2024. Please Manager reach out bc I honestly never complain ever but with how this man made me feel today!!!! I want someone to know on how unprofessional and rude he was.

This dollar tree is the real deal! They carry a lot of name brand items. The only issue I have is that the shelves are almost always empty.
