It only gets a 4 because it's not a 99cent store, miss that place. Anyway this is a good Dollar Tree. It's always nice and clean, and they keep it stocked pretty decently. I have one 2 minutes from my house, but I drive to this one which is about 10 mins.

⭐ Dollar Tree Review
I had a disappointing experience with the store manager, Lekia, while trying to make an exchange from another Dollar Tree location. Although she allowed it this time, she stated that future exchanges must be done at the original store.
When I asked for clarification and mentioned New York as an example, she responded in a mocking and disrespectful tone. I understand store policies, but the way it was communicated was unprofessional and unnecessary. Customer service should always be respectful.

A Difficult Experience at Your Store on Craig/Decatur
Reflections on Compassion and Customer Service
On a day when the heat peaked at a staggering 107 degrees, my car unexpectedly broke down in front of your store. Already feeling vulnerable as a cancer patient, I found myself in urgent need of a restroom. The facilities were clearly operational, and the cashier kindly took the initiative to request the key from the manager on my behalf. However, to my dismay, the manager still denied me access.
This decision struck me as especially unkind given my circumstances. The extreme temperature and my health condition made the wait not just uncomfortable, but distressing. As I waited for over four hours for a tow truck to arrive, the groceries I had initially purchased from Dollar Tree spoiled in the relentless heat, adding to my frustration and disappointment.
I left with a sense of sadness and disbelief, questioning how a simple act of compassion was withheld when it was most needed. As a result of this experience, I am unlikely to return as a customer and feel compelled to share my story with others. I hope that sharing this account encourages greater empathy and understanding in future interactions with those facing adversity.

The first thing I noticed was that the shopping center was well maintained. Plenty of other businesses too.
Dollar Tree: very clean and well organized. I was surprised at the variety of things from chips, sauces, drinks, and party supplies. Most items are $1.25. Not bad. My mom misses the 99 Cent store and Dollar Tree will be an upgrade.

I'm from out of state visiting from California. This store had items I don't see in my store, but they were lacking normal everyday items we use. It's a regular size store but I was lost , it just wasn't organized.

Went in to grab a few items the cashier that rang me up Lakia was very rude screamed at me to unload my items from the basket and was muttering about how stupid I am for not having done it already will not be coming back

Only giving five stars to the cashier name Sam. She had such a great attitude & was very helpful & welcoming. Other then that the store smelled horrible of body odor & shelves empty very unorganized.

They usually have everything I need but they really need to keep it cleaner.The front entrance is always filthy and full of trash.

Barely acknowledged by the employee at check out, and once I had paid she immediately took out her phone before I had even walked away. The store smells of overwhelming body odor no matter when you come in, and shelves are in disarray almost all of the time. This store used to be so nice, clean, and well stocked but not anymore.
