I love this dollar tree! Sheila & Tasha are my fav girls! They all are super kind and ALWAYS HAVE SMILES on their faces ! I truly appreciate their kindness !! When I’m having a bad day I always know a stop at their store will change my mood . The store is clean with a nice variety of the items I use for my hobbies.

My God it is crazy. The workers at the registers do not pay attention. The managers do not seem to schedule enough people to work and the lines waiting to pay are long. Then after a bit the person calls for back up and nobody shows up.

Worst customer service, literally hate your lives it seemsThe man at the front with a mask on made it seem like I was hurting him by asking a question?I called to verify helium for balloons and I came here and you said yeah we have some but we can’t fill up anymore because we’re out.That makes sense lol

Prices are excellent for many products. I got sunglasses and reading glasses. Only drawback is unable to hire enough people at some locations. Service is good. 3/23- nice people work there. Hood to get personal hygiene items as well. $1.25 each, how can you beat that price.

I have been to this location many times and while I see all these bad reviews on the male cashier Craig, I have witnessed some customers acting like the for some reason are entitled and the cashier Craig is always left with lines all the way back to the frozen food section, and finally the manager comes out and says she can help the next person after he has cleared the line! Also some of these customers are clearly rude to this cashier even after he gives the good customer service!! I think this is a bad rap on this older guy period!!!

I am writing this review to express our profound disappointment with the service we received at the Dollar Tree on Sahara. Our visit was meant to be a simple, joyful errand to purchase balloons for our daughter's birthday. Unfortunately, it turned into a distressing experience that I feel compelled to share.Upon preparing to leave the store, we discovered that one of the balloons we purchased was defective, failing to stay inflated. My wife kindly returned to the store to address this issue, expecting a straightforward solution. However, the situation escalated in a manner that was both shocking and utterly unacceptable.An employee, instead of assisting with a basic customer service request, chose to confront my wife aggressively. His tone was not only unprofessional but demeaning, escalating to a point where other customers felt compelled to intervene on her behalf. This level of hostility over a simple request to refill a balloon is bewildering and completely inappropriate.After the intervention of fellow shoppers, the balloon was finally refilled, and we encountered no further issues with the product. However, the damage was done. The treatment my wife received is inexcusable and reflects poorly on the store's management and training protocols.We are deeply upset by this incident. It is unacceptable for any customer to be treated in such a manner, especially over such a minor issue. We had hoped for a pleasant shopping experience, preparing for a joyful family celebration, and instead were met with unwarranted hostility.I urge the management team of Dollar Tree to address this issue promptly. No customer should have to endure such an experience, and employees should be trained to handle simple requests with courtesy and professionalism.The employees name was Craig and this happened on February 22 at around 9:20 AMSincerely,Johnny.

The casher Craig is very rude and unprofessional, in couple times I went to this store and unfortunately he attended us I was waiting him for more than 2 min because he was talking with the rest of employees. Please remove him

Older guy that work there was very rude to my wife and kid and they are very nice people I don’t accept people treating kids wrong and I will be following up with their corporate team. After disrespecting my daughter he said people shouldn’t be up tight. My daughter is off limits
