  You guys only have one cashier and I felt so bad for him because the line was super long and he looked exhausted. I really hope you are not paying him minimum wage to be working that hard all alone.

  This is by FAR the worst dollar tree I’ve ever went to. I went into this store today around 8pm. I approached two ladies and they were “too bothered” to help. I told the ladies what I was looking for and one of the ladies points and says “it’s over there”. I told her I checked and I couldn’t find what I was looking for. Then the other lady says “then I don’t know what to tell you. They move things all the time and we never know where things are”. Just very rude and unprofessional.

  I will never step foot in this store again. I was so uncomfortable today at the register during check out. The older lady with short hair was very rude and scanning items with so much frustration and anger. She threw the basket and was roughly handling my items while scanning. It was so odd. I couldn't tell what triggered her. It wasn't busy, there was only one other person behind me. I only had 5 small items. I understand life happens and maybe she was going through something but I did absolutely nothing except treat her with kindness and respect while she had the absolute worst attitude. She didn't acknowledge me once nor respond when I thanked her. I picked up such bad energy. If someone is that miserable at their workplace, they should quit. There are plenty of unemployed people that would be happy to fill their place and appreciate getting a paycheck. I will happily pay more & shop elsewhere for greeting cards or holiday ornaments (which is what I usually go there for) and stay away from that place. Unfortunately the people working there make it unpleasant, uncomfortable, and not worth spending even .25 cents of my money. I do most of my shopping online so if I make the effort to go in store, I'm there for some shopping therapy and to have a pleasant experience. I'd rather just not even be acknowledged by someone like that but at least don't take your issues or anger out on me and the items I am paying for.

  Of all the stores I've shopped at this year, The Dollar Tree at Blue Diamond Rd. Has got to be, the friendliest and most helpful. Thanks Kathy an Gloria

  Of all the stores I've been to so far this year, this Dollar Tree has got to have the best customer service. Their employees are always very cheerful and friendly, and you can sense that they are always happy to help. Especially Kathy and Gloria, who were working the day shift! My husband and I are thankful for the wonderful shopping experience we had with the help of these two kind ladies. Not to mention, this store has a great selection!

  I was Not impressed at all!!!They were super busy ,only 1 cashier and the line was almost to the back of the store.Finally another cashier came up. Neither cashier spoke one word to the customers not even telling them their total...Shame on you ?

  This Dollar Tree is really impressive. Miss Tammy , the manager has done an outstanding job with this store since she took over. I come in here all the time to get items for arts and crafts and this particular store is organized and everyone here is helpful and friendly. The management change and new team here has really made a difference. During my last shopping trip, I needed help and Gloria was so sweet and made me feel like a valued customer. I'm sticking with this location!

  Maybe dollar tree doesn’t treat their employees good because at 99 cent store way nicer people working there one cashier was even playing with my son at the register to keep him busy as she saw I was having hard time BUT dollar tree has miserable gags. The cashier the African American chunky old with glasses was rude I go to dollar tree stores all the time multiple times a week and this location has that rude cashier I won’t be going to this location anymore. I’m single mom I do everything on my own I don’t need some hag to think she can snap at my kid because he was moving a couple of things. THEN she grabbed the items I changed my mind on and threw them at the next register, very ghetto. She definitely doesn’t belong in a nice area like that with her attitude. Most dollar trees have nice employees but there’s a couple that clearly hate their job.
