Driver forgets our pizza in the backseat and goes all the way back to the restaurant and the manager on duty shrugs his shoulders and says "sorry I'll just void the transaction". Horrible managerial skills. Meanwhile, my family is hungry and waiting over an hour for a meal that never came. And now, after lookin at the recent reviews, yall really suck at this. I'd be embarrassed if I worked here

The only reason why I rated 4 stars is because yesterday I ordered bread bites using my points a little bit after 10 am and they cancelled my order, stating that they're only doing school orders until 11 am. On top of that, I haven't gotten my points back. I definitely need those 20 points back.

The girl that is the general manager of this establishment has no sense of professionalism, AT ALL. We asked for light sauce on our pizza, as we have tons of times… we call to have our pizza fixed and she won’t even let me talk because she can’t handle someone not liking her poor pizza cooking skills. She should’ve just handed it off to someone who actually knows what they’re doing. She wouldn’t even let me talk but I wasn’t even being rude. I was slightly upset in the beginning but didn’t say anything at all out of line. She had just been talking to my husband giving him a bunch of excuses so she didn’t have to redo our order for free and probably get in trouble for it. Then goes to hang up on ME…. Don’t work in the service industry. I’m literally calling your boss because YOU are wrong for how you treated us just to cover yourself. Does this seem like light sauce? Really? If this is how much DOMINOS requires you to do for light sauce then im truly confused. She said she has to follow dominos measurements… I doubt it since these two light sauce pizzas don’t even have the same amount of sauce

I ordered the chicken parm sandwich for delivery. There is not a single piece of chicken on it it's burnt and hard. I will never order from here again.

Ordered 4 pizzas and 2 orders of the chocolate lava cake. Had a coupon for a free medium pizza.Went to pick up the pizzas, and waited about 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. The lady at the counter was rude and told me she cancelled my order and will not honor the coupon. I asked if I could still pay for my pizzas, she said no and that she canceled the order. After being on the cash register, she went back to making pizzas WITHOUT washing her hands or using gloves. Disgusting. My order being cancelled was a blessing in disguise.

Worse Domino's in the City. Had a bad experience with the food and unable to get a refund from the store even after speaking the the GM Jennifer. Try and avoid this Dominos and look for one that has better service and quality of food.

Ordered 5 toppings large. Can you get any cheaper with your toppings? LOL, even onions were so scarce, you can’t get cheaper than that.?

Loaded tots are soggy, cold and cheese and bacon are burnt. I guess I'll just stick with the pizza.

By far the worse service I have gotten, I got the 2 topping special, and I hardly got any toppings, pizza came in chunks, like bits missing, it was dry, and hard, I wouldn't get it from this place anymore.
