Google says it closes at 8 pm but I arrived at 7:03 and it was already closed and the sign said that they close at 7 pm every day. I don't understand why? What time do people leave work? Terrible!!!

Disappointed my son wasn’t able to return his Christmas gift for a size that would work with him. Manager Cathy refused an even exchange even though online customer service stated exchanges are allowed from online purchases in store.

Both the DSW website and the Google Maps entry have incorrect store hours. This store closes at 7, not 8. I’m sure I don’t have to tell you all how frustrating it is to drive 20 minutes to a store, thinking it’s open for another hour, only to find out that it’s closing in five minutes because the business can’t be bothered to update this information online. And when I point this out, the employee’s response is “well the hours are posted on the door.” Yeah, that doesn’t help me now. It’s 2024–get with the program.

They are not open until 8pm everyday like Google says. We went on a Wednesday, got there at 6:45. Thought we had plenty of time to find something. Ten minutes later a girl came up and said they were closed and we needed to leave. I told her it says 8pm online. She said that Google is wrong and hasn't changed it yet. So we got nothing.
