This location was extremely dirty. Trash on the floors, on the tables. On top of the donut case there were crumbs and sprinkles that looked like they been sitting there for weeks. 4 employees doing nothing. Dirty looking employee was leaning over the counter on his phone with customers food right in front of him. Yummy.

Absolutely PATHETIC service at this store. Do not go here! This is what happened today. I am documenting this in detail so that the owner can hopefully read this and be ashamed enough to fix this store operation. This is not the first time I have witnessed terrible service at this store. I am a frequent customer of this store (5x per week at least). I ordered an XL coffee ($3.99) and 6 donuts ($9.99). After I ordered, I used the Dunkin Donuts app to redeem a reward for a "free hot or iced coffee reward", and I used the Dunkin wallet in the app to pay for my order. After I pay, the employee "Esther" then tells me the reward didn't work. I said oh really, why because it deducted my points, and she said "that was only for a large coffee, not extra large". I open the app again, turned the screen and said I didn't see that, all I saw is "FREE HOT OR ICED COFFEE" with a QR CODE. Sure enough, in fine print, at the bottom, the screen says "Small-Large". I honestly didn't notice that, and Esther knew my order and let me use it. I said, ok, well just cancel or reverse the points if I can't use it and I will save them for another day. She says "no, I can't do that. you have to get a large coffee". I said no, I don't want a large coffee, I want an XL, can you just reverse the reward or start over since you say I can't use that offer. She then says in a condescending tone of voice "no, that app has nothing to do with us. I can't help you." HUH?? The Dunkin Donuts app has nothing to do with Dunkin Donuts? Yah, Right... So, I ask to speak with a manager. She clearly didn't want me to do that, but after asking 3 times in a row, she goes and gets the manager. "Julian" comes over, has no name tag and is clearly a teenager who is in way over his head. I step aside of the register (I already paid for the entire order with no discount) and explain the whole situation to him. I point out following: 1) It's ridiculous and obviously wrong for your employee Esther to tell a LOYAL CUSTOMER OF YOUR STORE that the DUNKIN DONUTS LOYALTY PROGRAM and DD MOBILE APP both have "nothing to do with Dunkin Donuts". 2) Esther knew exactly what I was doing in this transaction, and she let me do it, before telling me "you can't do that". That's just obnoxious and dumb. For God's sake, this is a loyal customer buying coffee and donuts. This is a LAYUP. 3) This whole dispute is over 40 CENTS. A large coffee is $3.59, an XL is $3.99. So Esther is taking it upon herself to fight with a customer in the middle of the store on a busy Sunday morning who dared not read the fine print on the reward and had the gall to try use a loyalty reward for $3.59 on a $3.99 item. Forget the fact that she knew exactly what I was ordering and what reward I was using and let me use it. That doesn't matter. In her mind, the goal is to make sure that the customer doesn't get 40 CENTS of credit she doesn't want to give them, like some kind of donut nazi (that's for all you Seinfeld fans) I suggest there are 2 very easy ways to resolve this: 1) Take $3.59 off my order (you can do this manually at the register), or 2) give me my loyalty points back since you aren't letting me use them. Esther of course is intentionally standing close to us during this whole exchange and stops serving customers multiple times so she can interrupt me and lie to Julian and say that I never ordered anything before I redeemed my coupon (which is literally impossible to do, but whatever). Julian (the manager with no name tag) just stands there with his hands in his pockets, listens to me, and then says "there is nothing we can do." HUH?? Are you serious? I remind him I'm literally in his store every day buying donuts and coffee and tell him I'm not leaving the store until this is resolved. I'm just asking for my loyalty points or my discount. He can pick which one he wants to give me. He then thinks

Our local dunkin. Only annoying thing is that it’s extremely busy with tourists heading to Red Rock National Conservation area. Employees are nice to us and even remember our usual order.

Not every location has super friendly employees but this location tops them all. Patient with making selections which sometimes isn't always the case. Donuts were all super fresh. No stale donuts at 3 pm which is awesome as well. My only beef ... is it really $17.50 for a dozen donuts these days ?? Yikes

This particular Dunkin is managed horribly. It’s completely unclean and fingerprints everywhere. The tables are always dirty….Not sure if there’s even a manager there. It’s the only Dunkin in my neighborhood. It needs a complete overhaul of staff!

Staff here is so nice and accommodating. Very welcoming environment. Food and coffee is fresh. Gets very busy in the morning. Plenty of parking.

Ok so I've never been a fan of a Dunkin' Donut especially with all the other donut shops in town BUT!! Can I just say I am now! I was really pleasantly surprised at how I was greeted when I walked into this particular Dunkin Donuts shop. I was greeted with the friendliest smile and attitude and you just don't get that any more anywhere! Wow. And she was so helpful with the donut selection. And then I came home and dug right into these delicious donuts and it wowed me again. So fresh and so wonderful. I am a serious fan now of this place and will definitely go back. Please read this and tell your employees how great they are and thank you!

I totally forgot this DD was here!! My hair dresser moved & is now down the street from here. Once I got off the 215 & found her new place I plugged in DD on Yelp & this location popped up. I was craving an ice coffee. I'm not one of those people who can't live without coffee, I'm actually not a big fan of it....lol When I do drink it, I drink it iced & like it very sweet so I don't taste the coffee....lol DD coffee isn't strong like other coffee chains. I get a brewed ice coffee with 7-8 milks & 7-8 Splendas in it. I was greeted once I arrived to the counter. I was the only one in line. There was 2-3 customers sitting at the tables. Sam was the young lady working behind the register. I had asked her if there was some deal going on as I remember seeing something. She told me about the Med/Lg coffee with sandwich/donut deal. I ordered a Lg ice coffee the way I like it, I did need to add about 2 more Splendas in it. I got a ham & cheese croissant. It's small, tasty & not over filling. I wanted something light because the coffee will fill me up & I was meeting a friend for HH after my hair appointment. I splurged & got a donut for later. My favorite.....cami all cream filling. I was really surprised to see a good selection of donuts left since it was almost 1pm. I've been to other DD's that don't have much left after the morning hours. I actually saved my donut for dessert several hours later, once I was home from HH. It didn't taste very fresh & the donut itself was kinda dry. Was it because I had left it in the bag & ate it about 8hrs later or was it already dried when I purchased it?? Who knows but I ate it anyways! lol I used my DD app to get points. After I was rung up for my coffee & food I found a hot pink cooler on the counter for sale for your ice coffee. I have a friend back in Boston & in NH who are big time DD fans! I picked one hot pink medium one up for the Boston friend & was sad they didn't have large ones but Sam told me that they did & it was in the back of the box. Only problem is it was DD's orange color & I wanted the hot pink one.....oh well! It was odd how the medium sized & the large sized cooler was the same price... $5.99. You'd think the bigger you went the probe would increase?? Sam said I was the first one to buy one of these....lol See my photos to know what I'm talking about. I also posted a pic of the Lg (orange) one around my coffee. They do work & don't leave any condensation on the table where I kept my ice coffee while getting my hair done. I want to pick up another 1-2 hot pink one for my NH friend & probably me....lol I can keep them in the car for my next ice coffee. I will definitely be back here since my hair dresser is right done the street! Thanks for the friendly, kind & service with a smile Sam!! Keep up the great work!

I cant believe I paid for that bacon. it's normally decent but today 8/30 I went in at around 10 and it took forever and was nothing like normal. Staff is not polite. I'm not sure if it was someone new, which I can understand or if it's just neglect. Very disappointing.
