Employee either left early, or they have wrong hours on google, which is surprising because the hours of operation was updated 4 weeks ago. We went there by 12 and they were closed, where it says they'll close at 12:30.

If you’re looking for knowledgeable and super friendly staff this is your store. Eric even took the time to explain the different paint finishes to our two teenagers that are re-painting their rooms. He was so patient and kind and taught our daughters so much. This is def where we will be going for paint needs in the future!

If you’re looking for knowledgeable and super friendly staff this is your store. Eric even took the time to explain the different paint finishes to our two teenagers that are re-painting their rooms. He was so patient and kind and taught our daughters so much. This is def where we will be going for paint needs in the future!

Let's talk about Franziska. She's amazing! During May and June, my husband and I did a remodel on our house and I needed paint. Some of the paint was simple because it was just more of something we already had, but when I decided to paint the wall in my dining room a metallic color and turn my powder room into a sort-of Moulin Rouge theme, Franziska was amazing! She helped me decide where to paint the dining room (large wall only v. wall and some other spaces) - and she was completely right. Then, when I was looking for a red for the powder room, Franziska was there again to help me understand that my silver fixtures really needed a cool color pallet, pointed me toward a raisin-ish purple, and she was...wait for it...completely right - again. My powder room looks fabulous, the metallic wall is perfect, and even my closet (a last minute decision) looks better than imagined after Franziska helped me choose a color called Cool Waters, a color I never would have chosen myself.The staff at the Ft. Apache Dunn Edwards location is fabulous, the service is outstanding, and Franziska is now my go to for everything color. If she quits I have no idea what I'll do.

Had to buy a special primer. I used Dunn Edwards In California when I was young and working with a professional company. I now bought a house in Oceanside and needed better paint and primer than what is sold at home depot. ( certain qualities they just don't sell at national stores)Called first, and Erik's phone manners and professionalism had me excited to get to store because I knew I was gonna he taken care of. But then when we entered we experienced Franchesca..who also was such a caring and knowledgeable professional that I was super comfortable buying in the store and knowing I was getting the right stuff.But the kicker, was that my wife Who is totally green to painting and asks way to many questions repetitively..got her answers fixed by Francesca. And we walked out well taken care of..A paint store mind you...that cares..yay!!

Both the first gal who helped me pick samples and Eric the manager were so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were thorough in explaining things and never made me feel rushed to make a decision. Dunn-Edwards paint is always quality but the service in this location made the experience even better.
