These include Group Fitness Classes, Cycling Classes, Personal and Small Group Training, Kids’ Club, The Yard turf area, free weights, and extensive cardio equipment with the MOVEōS Cinema room. The staff is consistently noted as welcoming, friendly, bubbly, and helpful, with specific praise for management resolving issues. Members report the gym is always clean and well-maintained, with equipment rarely broken. The atmosphere is motivating, making members look forward to their daily workouts.
