My husband ordered the chocolate coverd strawberries for Valentine's Day from this store the day before Valentine's Day while he was in the area working and he would pick them up after work from the Lake Mead Blvd store and all was good, until he went to pick them and there was no order to be found, so he had to go back the next day (yes they were paid for) and they were suppose to be all large strawberries but there were 3 large and the rest small and hardly coverd in chocolate, barley ripe and 3 of them we're rotten. Never again will we purchase from these stores. If I didn't have to give a star believe me I wouldn't.

IF i could give this place negative stars, I WOULD have gladly. My husband ordered an arrangement on Feb 10th 2024 to be delivered on Feb 14, paid 167.00 for it and here is Valentines Day and no order. Ive called the store and talked to TWO different people hours apart who both told my husband that my order was on the truck and the truck was out for delivery. Here we are 10pm at night, no order and no communication from the driver or store, and of course the store is closed! This is absolutely ridiculous and bad customer service. I honestly am surprised this place is still in business. My husband placed the order on purpose 4 days prior because of the possibility of extra orders being placed because the day. The fact that customer service lied to us TWICE, and provided my husband with FALSE information, is ridiculous. All my husband was trying to do was give his wife something nice for Valentines Day. I will be contacting the BBB in the morning and the store tomorrow for my full refund and I will take my business elsewhere because its apparent this company company doesn't know how to do this and that is sad. Don't waste your money with a company that lies and gives you false hopes! spend your money with a company that appreciates the business and takes customer happiness seriously.

I had sent an item to my wife and the young lady helping me was outstanding. Very professional and helpful with a great personality. I will go back, they have very quality fruit baskets.

If I could rate 10 stars I would! Eddie, the man who helped me place my order was so great! He was kind, helpful, suggestive and overall very pleasing to work with as I placed my order. He displayed the highest form of customer service I've ever experienced placing an order with edible. I've ordered many times and from many different vegas locations but this experience was ?, top-notch, grade A! So much so that if any delivery has to be made outside of his stores service area......it's just not gonna be made..thanks again!

I ordered three different deliveries from edible arrangements for mothers day ten days in advance. Two from the W Lake Mead store and one from here. Guess which one didn't get delivered? My two other deliveries were delivered Mother's Day Morning, I was given text updates about them, and was even called when one of my recipients didn't answer the door at first. The order I made from this store not only did not get delivered on Mother's day like I PAID for, it was delivered at a later date. They made no effort to contact me at all. They didn't say sorry it won't get done today, and I had no idea when to expect it for my mom. So of course since I had no idea when it was coming it sat for hours. I filled out a form to get ahold of customer service over a week ago. No phone call response from the store either. So no compensation or refund or anything, just money wasted. I will never use this location ever again. AVOID this store with horrible customer service at all costs and please use the W Lake Mead location if you have to get an edible arrangement. They handled my deliveries wonderfully and even the driver was exceptionally nice.

I order an gift for my mom yesterday and they told me it will be there later on that afternoon then I call back two more times they tell me between the hours of 7 to 10 pm and she still receive it now I’m call them and they don’t answer the phone don’t get me wrong I love this place but ordering off line really is setting a bad review for them

If you're trying to do something nice for a loved one, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I placed an order for valentines day and they only sent half of it. I called and they told they would deliver the next day, and nothing. It is day three and still nothing. A representative said they would call me back and never did. My order was 100 dollars and I have nothing to show for it but empty pockets and a missing order.

My wife's sisters order her for her birthday a dozen roses and a chocolate cake, where do I begin?First the driver was unprofessional and handled the items poorly, the gentlemen handed her the flowers abruptly as if saying "here take it quickly I have to go"No happy birthday, no have a good day, nothing. Then the flowers arrived dead, discolored, and warping. She had to throw some away. The cake plastic cover was sticky as if someone spilled something untop. How is this company still in business?

Dissappointed. I ordered from the "same day delivery" section so that it would be delivered the day of the birthday. It was delivered the next day. It didn't look as represented online and certainly not worth $87. It was also missing the Edible dipped pineapple cupcake that I paid $4 extra for and was in a cheaper looking container. They cover themselves with a lot of disclaimers on delivery and items not looking exactly as pictured, but still...a little communication would have made all the difference. I have ordered EA for different people around the country over the years and either it is this location, or the company in general is really going down hill. For sure not worth the money spent. This will probably be my last time ordering from them.

So enjoy working with Edible Arrangements! We partnered with Bebe to send out EVERY single one of our business’ closing gifts. They send out their items very quickly, and have been a complete dream as far as customer service goes. We try and refer everyone that we can to use them and their service!

I have been ordering from this store for the past 4 years and have been extremely happy with their service! They help me know what I can order for any and all of the occasions! They go above and beyond to get the things I need delivered in such a timely manner and the quality is always perfection! Best place to send a thank you, surprise, and gift to anyone you hold dear in town! I love this Edible Arrangement location. All my arrangement orders have always been made in amazing quality and been given amazing service as well. Manager Bebe and employee Angie are so friendly, sweet and knowledgeable. Everything is delicious and fresh with my personal favorites being their cheesecakes and the white chocolate covered strawberries. Definitely order from here if you have a special occasion or if you want some yummy treats
