Ordered on January 29th. Yes, two weeks in advanced. Ordered a $280 arrangement for February 14th. I though an over two week advanced would enough. Not so, order never arrived. I cancelled later that evening on Edible Arrangements site. Received email stated Store Manager would call within 48 hours if needed. No phone calls from store. Oh yes, they attempted a delivery on Saturday?! Three days after expected delivery date. Order was going to a business. They were closed on the weekends. I tried calling customer service. Unfortunately, Edible Arrangements customer service phone number doesn't work. You get an automated menu option. Once you select the option, the call hangs up?! I tried calling their corporate number and same situation!? I won't be using Edible Arrangements ongoing. Very disappointing.

Disappointed on my order the trio cheesecake didn't look like the picture cheesecake all smooth melted look like ores ice cream and the strawberry chocolate some was crack I pay good money and this what we get I'm not understanding how you guys mess up my order please when you have customer order take care of it it's just fruits and cake how hard it that smh..

Nice arrangements as always. Price is high but if you want something quick and nice (with little time and effort), purchase something from Edible Arrangements.

Choose someplace else. I ordered from them with 3 business days notice for my mothers 90th birthday. Four days counting the Sunday but let's not count that one. They no showed her. No phone calls, never called me. Nothing. To say these guys F'd this up would be an understatement. UPDATE: They made the delivery at 7:45 PM. My mom sent me a note this morning. She said everything was beautiful and looked too lovely to eat. So there is that.

I purchased from this store on 6/30/2022 and the order was delivered the same day. One of the items from my order was missing. I called the store and was told they would reach out to me after they reach out to the driver to see what they can do. It's been about three hours and no one has called me back. I just want a refund for this missing item, man.

I set up a Mother's Day delivery, paid extra for it, called on Mother's Day and was told it would be there by 9pm that day, but it never showed up. No notification, no calls, no email. I called the next day, stayed on hold for 30 min and it went to call center. They could not reach the store either, but the store noted that they could not make the delivery on Sunday due to high volume, that it was changed to the next day, by 9PM. I sent a request for a refund on the extra holiday delivery charge, and never received a call of a refund. Horrible communication, can't reach anyone. Eventually it showed up, with no notification it was on the way, luckily someone was home at 5pm the day after the delivery was supposed to happen.

Worst delivery service ever. Bought arrangement for mothers day. It was supposed to be delivered before 3pm on Tuesday the 10th. Never did. Called for status. No information about my order. Ask for my money back since they couldn't do their job. I got refused. Drove all d way there. My order was still not ready. They refused to give my money back n when i finally got my order i didnt even got my money back from delivery fee. Worst experience ever. I was late for moms lunch thanks to them.

My friend ordered for a Mother's Day delivery and the day came and went. He ordered on Saturday for Sunday delivery, paying the extra $15 for a rush delivery. (If you can't make the delivery on time, don't accept the extra payment). Sunday he was updated "order received by store". He tried calling to figure out what was going on, and after being on hold for 20 minutes (for more than one call) he finally gave up. He gave them until THURSDAY morning before he emailed to cancel it and get a refund. Again, he had no interaction through online, email, or phone, zero communication from the store. He finally went to cancel it and suddenly they decide to deliver the shipment that day. Paid extra for a Sunday delivery and instead fell through the cracks until he sent an email to cancel the order and get a refund, then they realized their mistake and sent it that day. Working in a customer service field, that kind of service would have absolutely be refunded, or at the least be in communication with the customer. They messed up and it looks like this order wasn't the only one that suffered from seeing the other reviews.

Played a order on May 4th , for delivery on Mother's Day, told my mom to stay in the house to make sure she doesn't miss her delivery. 2 pm rolls by still no delivery , I call store and the guy tells me that the store closes tonight at 7pm but deliveries could be as late at 9-10pm and every order would be delivered. My mom is very sick and I thought this would be a nice way to cheer her up. Instead I have my 70 year old mother waiting home by the door all day on Mother's Day , she didn't leave once, to never receive her order. First and last time I use this store. Such a disappointment! Then this store emails me this morning after I already cancellled order when I woke up, since it was now after Mother's Day. No phone call or anything just a generic email that says delivery was unsuccessful for today when they tried to call her!! Well no s**** it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. We don't pay extra for what day works best for you. If this store cared about its customers at all , they would've coordinated with the delivery drivers and the manager or whoever the hell works at that shitty store to call customers that weren't being delivered to so they could apologize and make it right. What this store did was it took to many orders , probably rushed them , couldn't deliver everything and said we will make extra money by just delivering those after they asked for on the following day!! I didn't pay for delivery after Mother's Day, order cancelled , credit card disputed.

Hi there. I'm writing this with the hopes that I can get some sort of answer. I placed an order on Friday May 6 for a Saturday May 7 delivery for my Mother. I checked the status of the order on Saturday afternoon. It was "order received by store" and I called at 8:30pm (EST) and spoke to Eddie. He said that the order would be delivered within the next 45 minutes. So I trusted that would be the case. I woke up this morning (Sunday the 8th) to check the status and it had not changed. I waited until 11am my time and spoke to Mandy and she stated that it should go out today but that I did NOT select The 7th for delivery. They said it was for Sunday the 8th. I explained that it was for the 7th and was probably pushed out due to not being delivered the day prior. Anyway I called again and spoke to Cindy. She said she would send a note to the store. I checked it again still no update to the order status so I called again at 4:20pm and got Sam. He also said that it will be delivered today. I told him I'd most likely call back to check the status. Called at 6:25pm and got John. John was really rude and was not listening at all. Just asked if I wanted the order refund. I told him I wanted to know what the issue was and why hadn't the order been delivered. I asked for a manager and was disconnected. Called again super frustrated. I didn't get the guys name. He said I should've ordered it two days in advance and he didn't have access to call the store. He also said that I should go to the store myself. I explained I live in NC and the order was from a Las Vegas store. I don't understand what is going on. I can't actually talk to the store and that makes absolutely no sense. Will the order ever be delivered? I still want it to be sent. Is there anything that can be done in this situation? I've ordered from you guys before. I've never had such issues. So once again it's 10:15pm and the order still shows no updates. I don't understand why I can't call the store directly? Why did the "fruit experts" say that I didn't have the correct delivery date? I have no reason to make this up. Can someone get in touch with me to explain what's going on? Thanks Robyn

My son ordered me an arrangement 5-8-22, they had me sitting in the house all day. I called today 5.9.22 at 10am was on hold until 10:30am I was told how sorry they were and my order was priority and being made as we speak. BULL**** I called back at 2:30pm and was told the same thing. Order is being prepared, so it is now 4:30pm and still no delivery and back on hold. Do not use this store.

If I could give them zero stars I would. Paid a $15 extra fee for next day delivery. It has been 3 DAYS and the delivery never showed up. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get a hold of anyone, have called 3 different locations and even their main number. Absolutely horrible and they do nothing to help resolve the situation. Order from here if you’d like to never receive your order or a refund.

Husband bought me chocolate covered strawberries for Valentine’s Day. Gross ? underneath the chocolate were mushy rotting strawberries. And one single small piece of pineapple. Only decent fruit was the few grapes.tried to call but no answer. So very disappointing. Just imagine biting into a rotten strawberry. Sad
