They were closing in 30 minutes and no one answered........I have used edible arrangements in the past. But my loved ones with covid didn't get the love ?. I suggest you call the 800 number. It's the best way ? because they are franchises and don't always do it right. But Corp will make it right. More training is needed. IT IS A GREAT GIFT, DELIVERED FRESH AND BEAUTIFULLY ARRANGED ? ? Our family has always been a fan of the Edible Arrangements we use them quite often.So for a birthday gift I didn't hesitate in going in and making a purchase.However, when I asked the recipient of the gift how they enjoyed the arrangement they said unfortunately they couldn't eat them the strawberries were soggy and bitter as if they were old.I was very disappointed and I called the location and was told to bring my receipt and the box of uneaten berries. I asked do you really think I would lie about this. She replied that again I need to bring my receipt and the uneaten strawberries for review.I mean it was $50.00 order why would I lie and I explained it was a gift and I didn't have the box.Never using edibles again

I live in Hawaii and my mom lives in Vegas. Every year I've sent her flowers and chocolates since she moved and it has been a nightmare every. Single. Year. This year, I opted for an edible arrangement and it was the absolute best experience I've ever had. Lots of products to choose from, decent prices, and customer service was amazing. My mom took a half day from work and I was worried the delivery wouldn't make it on time. I called in and the rep had it delivered within the hour. It was such a stress-free experience from start to finish and my mom loved her arrangement. Thank you, West Lake Mead team!

My friend from Minnesota ordered me my very first Edible Arrangement and I was so excited to receive it. However, since she purchased it online neither of us were familiar with the delivery process. We saw the day of, the delivery status changed to Out For Delivery. It stayed this way for a few hours and we didn't know that was normal at the time. Due to this though she decided to call the store and inquire about the delivery time since this is new to us. Immediately the woman that picked up the phone had an attitude with my friend and my friend tried to asked her a question, but the customer service rep said, "If you could let me finish I was getting there." My friend was not rude to this agent either. Luckily the driver was very nice which made up for the terrible phone rep because this almost became a bad experience. Just due to that rep alone though being negative I have told friends and family to not bother purchasing from this location. Be nice to your customers! These arrangements are expensive when it's not even exotic fruit. These employees need to be retrained on customer care etiquette as well as how to provide empathy and assurance.

I have to pop on Yelp just to shout out my incredible delivery driver today. I wish I had asked her name, but she deserves to be praised for her enormously kind soul. I called in the morning to ask if it was possible that my mom's birthday delivery be delivered after 5 pm - mind you, I made this request day of, after I learned she would be gone ALL day - and they were so accommodating. Above and beyond, really - especially because I figured it would be too late, and I'd get a "sorry, no can do." But, no no, my delivery driver checked in with me all day to see if I was ready to have her gift delivered. She took such care to make my mom's day special - she even went to the effort of hiding it behind a chair on the front porch, so the surprise wouldn't be ruined! She's a serious rockstar. It's so warming to run into people who genuinely care about others, especially when they have nothing to gain by giving extra time and energy to a stranger. Thanks, Edible Arrangements driver

Decided last minute to send my daughter a small birthday surprise to her job. The only snafu was the driver got the names mixed up and thought they were delivering to myself and not my daughter so ladies in the office had declined the delivery until it donned on my daughter to ask the last name and realized it was for her. No worries.. she loved everything in the package. This was my first time ordering from this company so i ordered a smaller bundle and I was pleasantly surprised when she showed me everything she received. The amount she received for the price i paid and the quality of items was amazing. I definitely recommend this company. Great job!
