We dropped off our water to be tested here and the woman that helped us was very helpful! She spoke to us clearly and was very thorough to make sure that we filled everything out correctly! Overall a very good experience!

Didn't know I could enjoy dropping off a water sample for testing. Friendly, informative and professional all at once. Received a follow up call about results and estimated delivery of report as well.
