I've been unable to get in touch with anyone from the company—no response from sales reps or customer service. Emails go unanswered, and communication is completely lacking. This is not the same business it used to be. I will say i did receive my order.

Makillia has been my go-to service rep since opening date, she is available from open to close and extremely flexible in meeting the shops needs at crunch times! each shop needs a diverse system of distros, but Eightcig, through the help of Makillia has been one of most resourceful. Thank you
