I had been to this cantina before & really enjoyed our overall experience however this time i can honestly say it was one of the WORST customer service experiences i have ever encountered. We were celebrating 3 birthdays & ended up choosing this location over the one at Tivoli Village because even though the ambiance is nicer at tivoli people had mentioned the food was better at this location. We were a party on 6 with 1 toddler. Everything was going smooth until my daughter had to use the restroom & by the time we came back to the table the food order had already been taken. I said no worries when the waitress is available she will stop by and take our order however this NEVER happened. I kept on trying to make signals so she could stop by & take my order but nothing. By the time the previous ordered food came out i ask the runner for a Michelada & i figured because eventually the waitress would come deliver it or at least stop by to ask how everything was going i was going to be able to order mine & my daughters food. Well once again waitress NEVER stopped by our table. Funny part is that the waitress was definitely not acting the same way towards other tables around us.When my sister in law got up to use the restroom i asked her if she could please tell our waitress to stop by our table so i could speak to her & when my sister in law informed this to the waitress she said what do you need from across the bar all the way to the end of our table where i was at. I simply replied with the same answer- when you have a chance please stop by our table, Well an extra 10 more minutes past by & once again the waitress never came. At this point i had mentioned to my husband i would not be leaving any tip as the service was horrible but of course i forgot when a party is bigger than 5 gratuity is already included. Not until a new waitress arrived to work around 5pm is that we finally started being taken care off. This new waitress did stop by to ask if we were ok -by this time my party just wanted to get out of this place but my daughter was hungry & wanted to eat so i finally informed her it seemed that our waitress forgot about our table & was avoiding us for some reason even after the fact we had asked her to stop by when she had a chance twice before. I also informed her my michelada never came & that i still needed to place my food order. She did apologize but i understood it was not her fault as she had just started working. The only good thing i can say is that my mole enchiladas were still good as well as my michelada. But because of the service we received we will not be going back again. I had never felt discriminated/unwanted at any restaurant as i felt here & i can definitely say it's the worst birthday celebration dinner we've ever had.

Service was pretty slow but the food was great. Got a side of street corn based on other recommendations and it was fantastic. It is right next-door to a strip club and looks like that on the inside but again the food was good.

First time at this place & it was a little underwhelming, but here's a quick rundown. (Btw, it's not in a strip club lol. It's to the left of the club) Service (5/5) -- KARLOS IS PHENOMENAL. Honestly, I told him to consider healthcare. The sweetest guy. Amazing customer service & very patient. Everyone was welcoming & made sure we were taken care of. Ambiance (1/5) -- It looked ran down to me & felt dirty. Honestly, the interior of a restaurant plays a huge part for me. If a place is dirty, who's to say their dishes/food is any cleaner. Food (3/5) -- Had the chicken/steak fajitas, and it was surprisingly pretty good. Decent portion, had lots of flavor and not too dry. Pretty tender. The sides that came with it were okay. Rice was mushy for me & the guacamole didn't look fresh. Their chips & salsa, definitely not worth buying. It was stale & cold. Overall, I just wouldn't go here again. However, it wasn't a horrible experience either.

Visited El Dorado Cantina with my best friends while visiting Las Vegas from Chicago. This restaurant is adjacent and attached to a “gentlemen’s club” - I’m not a prude, just saying. It is open 24 hours. We were promptly seated in a large round booth - very comfortable. I agree with other reviewers - “interesting atmosphere”. Could also be updated some.Chips and two types of salsa were promptly served - red salsa and salsa verde. Oh that salsa verde was just delicious! I could have taken a bottle home! Both were slightly spicy - nothing screaming hot. Chips were a combination of white and blue tortilla chips, served warm. When consumed, both were replenished with fresh quickly (no addd fee).Waitress promptly greeted us but we were not ready to order - she disappeared for a while it seemed. Drinks are pricy - margaritas only on the rocks. Seemed very weak on the tequila for my liking. And VERY pricy.Food was served quickly and hot. No delay.I had the Enchiladas Mole. The Mole sauce was perfect - tasted homemade, not from a jar. The pulled chicken was delicious, nicely flavored, tender, and finely shredded. Two large enchiladas were served. These were served with a large portion of cilantro rice - yum - and a large portion of refried beans. Plenty of food - all delicious. My friends had the Carne Asada Burrito. It was a large sized burrito, definitely enough to share. Fresh, delicious food enjoyed from the first bite to the last bite. My friends asked for sauce on their burrito - and neglected to note that was $7 extra, as stated on the menu. ?Nevertheless, all plates were emptied. There is a strange 3% service charge added to the receipt. When inquired, the waitress told us it was for upkeep of the restaurant. No mention of this on the menu. ?On Wednesday, locals get 25% off their entire bill - BIG savings! All in all, food was VERY good from beginning to end. Drinks could be much better - drinks are better and cheaper elsewhere. Service was ok - could have been more consistent.Barring the two ? noted above, I would recommend El Dorado Cantina FOR THE FOOD.Parking: Shares a parking lot with the adjacent gentlemen’s club.

This time, we ordered takeout online to bring back to our hotel. Here's what we got: Wild Shrimp Quesadilla. El Dorado Nachos w/ Steak. Shrimp Burrito. Side of Guac. Everything was great! They also had excellent customer service and included lots of utensils and napkins.

Horrible service. I ordered a $52 fajita meal with steak shrimp and chicken. When I tell you these sorry excuse for a restaurant sent only the meats. How stupid is that? What's wrong with you Vegas individuals? You do some of the stupidest, unheard of crap in the world. Perhaps it's the education being #48-49 since the 90's. Disgusting and unworthy of my money. Thanks grubhub for the refund. The driver wasn't smart either.

It was good, but not like I remember it a year or two ago. Not many servers and the place seemed a little unorganized with the service. Guacamole was good, but not as fresh as I remember it couple years ago my crunchy tacos I thought would be shredded beef, but it was really ground beef. Brisket was fine. Didn't care for that too much.

I thought my Uber driver made a wrong turn as we pulled into the parking lot of a strip joint, but she knew the restaurant was right next to it. There was nothing sketchy about the restaurant and the food was excellent. Here's what we ordered... Pulled chicken enchilada: Excellent Chicken and shrimp fajitas: Excellent as well The one thing I didn't like was the waitress asked if we wanted guacamole with our chips. Found out later on when the bill came it was a whopping $22.00. Maybe she learned her hustling skills next door. I won't hesitate to go back

OVERALL REVIEW - 1 STAR***** The food is just meh....I went to this place a while back and both food and service was great! I honestly don't know what down graded their food and service. Was there a management change??My complaints are:- BE AWARE! They charged my business credit card more than what I approved on the receipt I signed. (SEE ATTACHED PHOTOS). Although the discrepancy amount is only $3, it clearly shows that 0 and 3 could not be mistaken as entry error. My guess is that the person who charged my business credit card felt that the tip amount wasn't sufficient enough and that it needed to be closer to 15% instead of the 12% I gave her so he/she decided to increase the tip. Just a friendly advise - PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION AGAINST YOUR RECEIPT.- SERVICE WAS SO-SO: When I received my order of rice, I mentioned to the server, KARLA, that it didn't taste the same as before. She responded with a shrug sayin that it happens because there are different cooks. (SMH....)

The food looked good but didn't taste like it looked. We all had different dishes, and we all had the same reaction. How do you mess up a taco. The service was very slow. We didn't get utensils even after we asked for them.

Very disappointed with the service. We paid cash and our waiter has to go next door to the strip club to break our $100 bill. No table side guacamole was available. No flavor martinis. Smells like cigarette smoke. Service was way better before the pandemic.
