This location is my favorite because of the staff working here. Daniel (manager) always treats me with respect and always says hello, Ezequiel (cook) always super nice to me as well, Nineth at the registers too, and everyone else really.I always get good food, always fresh, always tasty.Definitely my favorite location because of the staff and the freshly cooked chicken.

Ordered a chicken burrito today. Asked for lettuce, rice, tomato. Got home and no chicken was on the burrito. Do I have to ask for CHICKEN on a chicken burrito? I would put no stars

As a first time app user very disappointed with my “free” burrito with purchase first time rewards they act like I’m the problem because they couldn’t void an order to change an item. Don’t go here if you don’t want to feel downgraded.

$5 Combos are an outstanding value for your $. Food quality is consistently good.My favorite is the $5 Pollo Bowl Combo; Beans, Rice, sprinkled with grilled Chicken.Special thanks to store manager "Mary". The woman never stops working, except to smile and say "Thanks for coming in".FYI. This is a Dennys owned chain. Well worth a try.

If I could give zero stars I would. This place should not be in business! It took over 40 min in the drive through for my order today. And it wasn't a large order. A soup, a bowl and a burrito 3 items. No utensils or napkins given. This was absolutely ridiculous. There is absolutely nothing quick here.

Since it was almost a hour before closing I asked for fresh meat on my salad. The food was ready by time I pulled up to the window I should have known they didn’t make the meat fresh then… Jawad took my order I asked him can I get fresh meat he told me yes then turn around and gave me dry a** meat I spent $18 and didn’t even like the food I even ordered extra meat to put on salad that was even dry. Very disappointed in this location and the cashier!!! If I could I would give them zero stars I would!!!

Food is ok but they don't have those free salsa any longer and if you ask for extra sauce they charge you $.40 cents for small container. And I'm the only one in the restaurant on noon time. It lost its classic perks El Polo used to have. No wonder not much people and the cashier is nowself service. ? SAD

I've been going to this location for over twelve years. Recently, I've experienced the female evening manager. She's a Hispanic lady with a very heavy accent. I usually have very good service here but the last two visits, I've dealt with her I haven't. My order before last was through the drive-through. I asked for an extra creamy cilantro for my salad. I got to the window, paid for my food, (large amount) and reminded the gentleman at the window to please add an extra creamy cilantro. As I pull forward. I notice that there's no creamy cilantro for a salad in the bag let alone an extra one. I go in and I deal with the manager. She asked me for a receipt when I brought the bag in. I explain to her, I wasn't provided a receipt. She began to argue , raise your voice, and said we always give a receipt. I didn't have a receipt. I paid cash. I pointed out the gentleman who rang me out and she still told me, "I can't give you a creamy cilantro". She was extremely rude and told me that there's an extra charge for creamy cilantro and I advised her that the gentleman that rang me out. Should've advise someone of that but didn't. Just a few minutes ago I ordered on GrubHub. I ordered another chicken salad and called the store to see if they could make sure to add a creamy cilantro, and then an extra creamy cilantro. Again I dealt with the manager who was nasty and wanted to argue with me, and I let her know that there is not an option to pay for an additional creamy cilantro to be purchased. Manager continue to argue with me. I asked If I can pay for an extra creamy, cilantro since, the salads don't come with enough. I offered to provide my card over the phone to be charged. She had no solutions, had a very nasty attitude, and when she caught on to how unhappy I was with her customer service, she asked me what my name was on my order. If this is the customer service and managers, this location has now, I would highly recommend going to any other location. Olivia, after reading all the complaints, you have an issue at this store so your apology is falling on deaf ears.

The price was very economical! This was the first time at El Pollo Loco. Choose what you do or do not want in your bowl. We spoke w/ another couple and they said the chicken soup was their favorite.
