The customer service is horrible when you call.
They tell you they don't offer any prices for the phone line. So, what kind of customer service do they offer?
They send you to a line where a woman named María answers, and she treats you terribly.
She has no sense of good customer service.

A lady from the Deli area with a bad attitude argued with 2 customers this afternoon. And he referred to one of them as a plucked Indian. People go there for a service, not to argue with the employees. Not good service.

Be prepared to wait a long time in line, there are no more than 2 or 3 ATMs open. The supervisor was very rude when I asked her if they were going to open another ATM, she responded that it is what it is!

I went in there to get some groceries for someone as a dasher. Go to the carniceria section told him I was a dasher and showed him what I needed and he still told me to get a number. Dashers should be helped quickly so the customer doesn't wait an hour to deliver the items. Thank you

Like to shop there but there is a language barrier. They couldn't answer my questions about prices & certain things I wanted to buy couldn't get help. I had to walk out of the store.
