Beautiful office. A great demo room. And Roy Jansen, the Solutions Analyst there was amazing. His knowledge and charisma for the solutions that Xerox has to offer was insightful and beneficial. He helped our company not only become more efficient and productive but also more secure.

Can't wait to get out of this lease. Coming up on 10 days now and 3 phone calls and 1 email and no one will even call me back to fix the printer, which hasn't worked since, as i said, almost 10 days. No return calls, no email response from Tad, who is the only email contact i have. Kind of hard to run a business with a printer that does not work. Oh yeah, a couple of years ago, they double our bill and would not respond to my complaints. Only when i complained to my salesman, did the girl respond and say "we doubled their bill" in an email to our salesman. UPDATE TO THIS REVIEW. So Jann Carlo Digman apparently is sending our invoice to another business. Actually a competitor of ours. A competitor who, in writing, has disparaged our business falsely. Multiple attempts to get her to explain why she is sending our invoice, with all of our information, including account information, to such a person have met with no response. ANY response would have stopped me from updating this review. Now our personal information is exposed. Run from this company. They never fixed the above billing issue and I guess they are mad about our review.

Purchased 2 toners for a Xerox workcenter 3615 first week of June 2017, for one of our clients, left for vacation, while on vacation I got a call from the client letting me know that the toners would not work, even gave me an error code, so basically the toner was not the correct type for that Xerox model, I advised them to get the proper type online, came back from vacation mid July, went to Elan's office to return the toner my client did not even open, still in its original box, I spoke to Derick Splinter, he was nice and polite but told me that the company policy would not permit any returns, even though they sold it to me and it was in its original box. So please stay away from this company they do not stand by their clients, I must add, I had been using them for the last 2 years, so I was not a new customer for them.

I am an office manager for a law firm. I have been dealing with this company for some time. I do not recommend them at all. I would stay far away from them since they don't really care about customer service issues. Our copier machine is always broken. The service tech basically lives at our office. Nothing is truly done to take care of the major issues at hand. Signing a contract with them is probably the biggest mistake that any business can do. I provided a photo to show our current condition.
I highly recommend for you not to use this company. I am a current client of this company. I wish I could say positive things,but I can't.
