I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I had to after my horrible experience with this establishment. I had ordered custom clothes for an event and thought it was going to be a good idea to get them dry cleaned before the event. I trusted the dry cleaner. So when I came to pick up my clothes, I just took them home. Apparently my shirt was lost. The cashier in the front was very combative and couldn't utter a simple apology. I'm going to take my money where it's appreciated.

I have been using El Dorado cleaners for many many years and they are the best around. The turnaround time is very quick and their prices are the best. I have used them for alterations also and the price is so reasonable and the quality is great. I find that they accommodate you as best they can.

I brought my shirts to have them shortened. Shirts are polyester sports shirts. They could not handle the material well. First picked up, and the stitching was not straight. It looked like scribbles with the ups and downs. They said to come back the next day and they'll fix them. Now they look better, but they don't have the stretch that the rest of the shirt material has. I know with one good stretch, the stitches will break. I just took it as is because I didn't have faith that they would be able to fix it properly.

It's the end of summer so I took a bunch of fall items in to be cleaned and pressed for the upcoming season. Everything was in great shape I just thought it would be nice to have everything refreshed. Every single item came back completely wrinkled and puckered even though it wasn't wrinkled going in. EVERY SINGLE ITEM. Now I will have to iron everything myself or take it somewhere else and pay again to have it all redone by actual professionals. Extremely disappointing experience!

I don't even live in Las Vegas anymore but I bring dry cleaning with me on visits just to have it done here! The ladies that work at this location are incredibly kind. Hands down the best dry cleaner in town!

bad job. dont ever go here because they couldn't fix my tie all the way. there was still stains all over it. i had an important business meeting. avoid.
