“Bobby and Tony are not just experts in repairs, they are VERY patient and courteous. This is a rare find these days, esp. here in Vegas. I took my 9090 to a different service previously, it came back worse than when it went in.... SO I had my both my sansui 9090's [I own 2] serviced cleaned and updated by AudioXpert. They worked and looked better than ever but then mysteriously I kept losing stereo or one channel on both units.....I brought them back about 47 times...JK..... several times, at least 6. Their patience and willingness to troubleshoot, WITH ME, the ongoing problem was AMAZING !!! AND as it turns out ..THE CAUSE was my own damn phone settings not running stereo !!!! what a great couple of guys, take your HI-FI anywhere else your making a big mistake....

My phone was completely smashed, he fixed it perfectly just to see “iPhone unavailable.” Not remembering my Apple ID info and close to closing time, after being stressed out and stressing HIM out, I left for the night to try and rack my brain and hope the phone said something different in the morning when I returned. Thankfully I remembered all of my info, but I ran into the 2-step verification snag, figured that out thankfully and I was on my way! He was so patient, so kind, and helped ease my anxiety riddled self! I highly recommend going here or their other location!!! I’ll never go anywhere else and I live in Northwest Vegas! “Definitely recommend this place. They are the only ones who do what they do. Only 1 or 2 others on the entire west coast! I had an Aipas electric bike that was only about 9 months old. Called Aipas and all they wanted to do was fight me. Of course I couldn’t find my original purchase order which is all they cared about. Long story short they wanted to charge me $445 for a new battery. Being that I had just spent the money on this bike that I did, naturally I wasn’t happy. I called every bike shop in town and got the runaround. Finally I called The Vault Bike Shop who told me about this place. They said go ahead and bring the battery in. I was concerned about spending more than the replacement battery was worth to fix mine, but knowing it was only 9 months old I figured it had to be an easy fix as it wouldn’t take a charge. They do charge a $70 diagnostics fee (with taxes and everything) which is an upfront cost, but they promised before going further they’d call me and get permission to proceed if it was going to cost any money. Luckily, it was just a blown fuse but the battery had to be completely taken apart to do the repair. They didn’t charge me anything more than the diag fee!! They said “it was just a fuse, don’t worry about it” and I grabbed my battery and off I went! I worked with Anthony and he was also great to deal with. Informed me they actually sell electric bikes and scooters also!!! Showed me around and I will definitely be buying my next one here! Well worth the time, the money and the effort I put into it and they saved me nearly $370!”

Sony referred me here for a repair to my TV, and after leaving a voicemail (and sending a text which was a really appreciated option), I got a call back in less than 10 minutes. The person I spoke to was extremely personable, very knowledgeable, and asked some great qualifying questions to ascertain the problem. I was especially impressed with the fact that she did research before telling me "bring it in and we'll do diagnostics for $XX.XX." As it turns out, Sony doesn't carry what I needed to replace my TV, and she was completely transparent about that. She could have easily made some money off a customer without a solution, but instead she looked out for my best interest, and that speaks volumes.”
