It wasn't even warm, as of not working. The Jacuzzi wasn't even warm, cold water. I asked for half my money back, they refused & called security & had me removed from their premises. They ended up lowering it from $466.80 to $427.90.

I had an immense amount of stress and tension in my neck and shoulders. I went there for an 80 minute deep tissue massage with a hot stones. Sergio was my masseuse and he was excellent! He really helped loosen my muscles even though I showed up with what was probably two years worth of stress. Very stubborn muscles and knots, but he was able to make me feel a whole lot better. he even made recommendations for me to get a trigger point ball to help loosen my muscles even further. The environment was beautiful and the whole place looked like a Moroccan hammam. Very refreshing!!! Ask for Sergio!

One of the better massages I've had. Relaxing vibe, great staff. The locker is annoying, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Jaquline is a dynamo. I live all the way in Hawaii who was planning a girls weekend with my California peeps which isn't easy as we were coming from different areas. I called Paris first but they couldn't accommodate my group as they were a smaller squad than they usually accommodate. They referred me to their sister property and to Jackie. From the get go, she answered my email right away as well as returned every phone call in a timely manner. She answered all my questions and took my payment over the phone. When we got there, she gave us a mini tour of the facility and a low down of how the day will proceed moving forward. She brought in our fruits and sandwiches. She always checked on us very often and at times as we were lounging enjoying our food, she served us drinks such as tea or juice so we wouldn't have to get up. She was also our group photographer. When it was time for our massage, Andrew was awesome......his healing CBD massage was sooo healing and therapeutic. All my aches and pain were totally gone. The scent that was used in the room was so relaxing and I loved that I can still me that particular scent even when done and just in the squad room.....I gave him a well deserved extra tip. After everyone was done showering and we sat out in the squad room, Jackie brought our macaroons ice creams and our complimentary champagne toasts.....mimosa style as suggested by her. Towards the end she gave us a little gift set: a bath bomb, a flavored tea hot/cold, and a 10 oz sugar scrub. Such lovely gifts but I questioned the sugar scrub as we only had hand carry's when we got there. They won't allow such a large item. Deciding on what we could do, Jackie went above and beyond 100 percent.....she offered to mail it to our addresses......one in California 5 sugar scrubs and 1 in Hawaii out of pocket so we can get our free gift. That is quality service. I think we were her first squad set up and Planet Hollywood gave the job to the right person as we were all pleased with her go to attitude and quality of service, Thank you for an epic time.

My wife has a hot stone massage today with Lindsey S and she said she was outstanding. Maybe the best massage she's ever had and she's had massages at resorts around the world.

I had a massage at the reflections. We did a couples massage with bath. The massage was excellent. I had Lindsay and she did a fabulous job. Super relaxing, great job with pressure and on the areas I wanted focused on. The only reason I give four stars was because the locker room attendants were hard to find. In the past I had had a better experience because they had given recommendations for how long to be in the sauna and steam room etc... otherwise was a great experience and would highly recommend Lindsay for your massage!

Ask for Ricky. He gave such an amazing Swedish massage and was so lovely to talk to. This spa is great and Ricky was gentle and specific. Felt amazing!

I visited this spa for the first time this last weekend and was so impressed by the facilities, the quality of the massage, and the overall customer service. I got an 80 minute Swedish massage from Shawna that was so amazing! Probably one of the best massages I've had. The amenities were awesome too - huge hot tub, sauna, and steam room. I'll definitely visit again on my next trip to Vegas.

I had the most amazing experience at this spa! The staff is amazing and super welcoming! I got a HydraFacial from Kelly. It was absolutely refreshing and left my skin glowing even days after. The products she used were top tier and Kelly even gave me tips on how to keep my skin fresh after the facial. After Kelly walked me over to get my CBD massage with Corina. It had to be the best massage I've every had. She had the perfect hands and understood where my back needed some work. My body instantly felt super relaxed. Not only do I highly recommend the spa and all the wonderful amenities it comes with but I recommended Kelly and Corina they were perfect. I can't wait to return!

December 20, 2022. The gym room was filled with over 50 people. There needs to be a max capacity. When asked, employees were like "there are no max capable to be honest " overcrowded gym room during the COVID-19 pandemic and flu season is a big no no. Super concerned!

I have visited this spa about three times in the last few months. I usually go to Qua Spa at Caesars but the massages and staff are just as good here. It is now called Reflections not Mandara. I had the Swedish massage and each one is great. My most recent masseuse Andrew was phenomenal! The facility is clean and neat. Everyone from front desk to attendants are very professional.

My friends hub booked us all a facial! I upgraded to the hydro facial ! I feel amazing and I love the technique! I'm coming back for the body scrub & locals get a discount as well!
