At first things seemed to go well and were as they should be. After getting everything squared away with the body shop that would be repairing my car starting on the 30th of January, my insurance informed me I would receive an email regarding the rental for the day I dropped off my car. The man I spoke to explained where I'd go to pick up my rental and how much I'd have to pay up front as a deposit $273{note:DEPOSIT}which means I'm supposed to get that back, and when I asked such, the guy confirmed that. Oh how I wish I had gotten that in writing or on recording. The day finally came to drop my car off, and as I waited at the shop for Enterprise to come take me to their lot, I noticed an suv pull in, and thinkin only that it was probably another car come to get repairs, I wasn't expecting it to be an enterprise agent, but it was. So I stand and prepare to meet her outside so we could get going, only for her to inform me that this suv she had driven there was mine. I was surprised and confused, but again I thought "oh they're giving me an upgrade?" I should've known it would turn into an issue later, not realizing they had something else up their sleeve. Fast forward to yesterday 2/14. I've had the car 16 days now and my own car is finally finished. So I call enterprise, the one I had spoken to in the beginning, to inform them I'd b bringing their car back. At first the man couldn't seem to find me in their system, but then found me looking for my phone number. Strange he couldn't just find my name, but ok. But then he said my rental actually came from a different enterprise so I'd have to take it there and told me to call them to let them know. The woman on the phone at the "right" enterprise insisted I had requested an upgrade and when I refuted it, she said(with quite the haughty attitude)she was there with the agent and heard me say it, which is a flat out lie, as the agent who had brought me the car was alone and I was never given a choice even over the phone. She also lied and said they had presented me with other choices. How so, since, again, I was at the repair shop when I received the car and it was only that one I was shown? She even says I have a balance of $119 and will not be returning my deposit. I don't quite know what's happening except it seems they're trying to scam me. I'm so frustrated right now because I shouldn't have to pay anything. They chose on their own to bring me that particular vehicle!

A little wait, but the service is great. I loved Madelyn's attitude. She was very nice and involved. They are very busy, but their service is superb compared to Hertz.

Tyler was an amazing representative. Super nice, knowledgeable and patient.Was hard to get through over the phone to the office location which is why I give 4 stars but Tyler my rep gets 5 stars for customer service.

RE: ENTERPRISE CAR RENTAL located at 5070 E. Cartier Ave. Las Vegas, NV, US, 89115 (close to Nellis Air Force Base).Two separate car problems caused me to need a car rental twice in the last 8 months Nov, Dec 2022 to Jan 2023 and then again June 21 to July 22, 2023. Everyone I came in contact with, went above and beyond to help. I feel they all had a very professional and friendly way of doing business! No mater how busy they were they made time to help me understand everything on how to drive the car and the paper work. Additionally, at least once a week I had rides from my home to Enterprise and rides to return to my home. Most of the times I was in there, they were very busy. All went smoothly for myself. Every concern, request, questions I had were addressed right a way. Thank you to the Management and all the staff!

I don't understand how these rental car companies are allowed to charge you these ridiculous fees just for dropping off at a different location. They're basically quadruple the actual price for the rental. That's just basically robbing the customer for extra money

The customer service was not that great. When calling for service ask the agent about what to bring when renting a car. This was my first time renting a car, didn't know that they didn't take cash, and I didn't have a credit card or debit since my car was stolen and my purse. Therefore, agents should be informed about what to tell the customer and what to bring upon renting a car.

Horrible experience they did not want to give me back my personal belongings, they thought I had all the time in the world for them they made false accusations and claims they left me on foot at 5pm the cause of this horrible experience at this place was Jorge L. Leyva-Garcia and Teresa Hilbert they did not give me my business remote I had I asked for pictures and they had no proof, they think they are police officers when a police officer wouldn’t take your car they would simply issue you a ticket. Very poor customer service if I could give them zero stars I would that’s how bad the experience was.

Once again Ms T. Hilbert and Mr R. Ravello did it again EVERY TIME I go into this place I get TOP NOTCH service. From accurate timelines to grade A service. They seriously do ANYTHING they can to make you happy and comfortable.

I book a reservation online, took an uber to pick up my car. Arrived early only to be advised there was no vehicles. As you can see below there were vehicles.Instead of going the extra mile. They advised me to call corporate. Not cool.
