Our family travelled to Las Vegas in October, and rented a car to experience parts of Nevada, Utah and Arizona. We selected Entreprise in large part to their earlier start time. Once in Vegas, we realized we had overlooked a time change when travelling to Utah the next day and therefore needed our car at 6:30 a.m. to fulfill a previously booked excursion. We immediately travelled to the Entreprise location in Tropicana and were immediately welcomed by CJ Towns. CJ confirmed our oversight, but then went above and beyond. He didn't want to disappoint us, so he committed to coming into work the following morning at 5 a.m. to prepare our car for us and get us on the road shortly after 6 a.m. (the office hours were to begin at 7 a.m.). The next morning our family arrived shortly after 6, and as promised CJ was there and had our car ready for us. On behalf of my wife, two children and myself, we can't thank CJ enough for putting our needs ahead of his own. Thank you CJ, and keep up the great work!

Do not book here if you have to be somewhere in a timely way. Placed our order 2 months ago for a 9am pick up. Confirmed yesterday by phone that we would be there for 9am and not once was I told that there may not be a car available. The woman at the counter’s exact words were “we can’t do anything about it and you were told this might happen. You’re welcome to go somewhere else.” That is so not true. Not once was I told that. We were fortunately accommodated by Airport Car Rental with their last available car and we didn’t miss our show.

Do not rent from here!! They called me and cancelled saying they have no availability after they allowed me to book on the app. Complete scammers and a total rip off. Don’t be fooled by their cheap prices and close proximity to the airport.

They are super close to the airport. Definitely a great spot to pick up for getting in and out of LAS. They are kind and understanding to drop off to the airport once you check out vehicle on your return date. The manager and her crew is simply fab! I had a situation with lost luggage and they were calm to support me through that situation. Thank you and highly recommend this place for rental!Car was definitely in a great shape truly happy renting it from them!

Pickup at 5080 Paradise was excellent - helped right away, associate was very attentive and accomodating. Got the vehicle we wanted, it was very nice. Drop-off at the Tropicana was a bit confusing - did not find the Enterprise drop off parking spaces, had to walk thru the smoky casino to get to the registration area, waited a long time for an employee at the registration counter to tell me what to do and they were fairly vague about where to park the vehicle. I was uneasy when reading the message that renter is responsible for overnight drop offs. Next morning, person picking up the car called to find out where it was and he was very polite and cooperative. Called him back to make sure he found it and he was again very polite and all went well.

The employees at Enterprise Rent-A-Car office on Paradise Road in Las Vegas were pleasant to interact with while processing my car rental. The Manager, Da Asia, recognized me as a previous customer and treated me as a valued customer. I appreciate good customer service and would continue to utilize Enterprise Rent-A-Car as my go to car rental company.

On this go around much more pleasant experience although they were short on cars they were much more pleasant and they did keep in touch with me and kept calling me to verify and and arrange my pickup pretty much effortlessly. This was the paradise location I can't say much for the Sahara location too many people too crowded and just way too much but yeah everything was pretty much ready except for the car and watch the car was there it was way in bam thank you so for this location and pretty much money and went out to you so impressed

I picked up a Mercedes at the airport, 1.5 hr delay to get the car with some made up story about trying to clean the bugs off. It made it 3 miles before it overheated and left us stranded. They knew the engine was blown and I had my young children in 115 degree heat. These people have no conscience or decency. Avoid at all costs.Edit: I sent the requested information yesterday but have heard nothing.Edit August 13, they offered a lousy 3 day rental for the vacation they ruined. I requested at least a 4 day pass and pay for the monorail I had to buy but nothing. Avoid this company qt all costs.

This location is unprofessional, deceitful , lacks communication due to them having the ability to do whatever is they want to anyone's account, hinders the ability of those who are trying to get a understanding of why these actions are taken place When the agreement has been paid in full and return w no damages. They treat their customer over 5 years plus however they like to. I still have yet to been in contact with higher management or corporate for this matter and at this point I would suggest no one rent through enterprise. Two months ago , i rented a car through them so my family and I can go on a mini vacation. I called in to this location to extend my rental agreement & prior to me extending the agreement , I'm asking for the new price amount and to give me a second to take the block off my card, management decided to run my card anyways causing it to decline and proceeded to insult me by insinuating that I am unable to pay and then proceeded to tell me that she will be reporting the car stolen if it's not return today at a close by location, which I DO... couple Days later I get a bank alert that a declined transactions from enterprise so I contact The location and the same lady I spoke to previously answered . she tells me "I need to pay or she will be putting a bill in collections". I proceeded to tell her I'll be in to get a better understanding of what is supposedly owed, she then states " if I come down to the branch she will call the police on me"??

I’ve always had good experiences when booking with enterprise. I reserved a midsize car and got a free upgrade for an electric SUV. It was an amazing experience and I’ll book with enterprise again next time I visit.

Before choosing this place, I did a little research about the rental car agencies near the airport. This one seemed to be the most promising, so I decided to reserve a rental online. The online experience was smooth and easy to navigate. Prices were transparent, and they called me shortly after to confirm the rental.I was not disappointed at all. The service and transparency here is top notch. When I arrived on site, checking in and getting the car with DeAsia was smooth. The price was the same as quoted, and I had the option to choose which add-ons I wanted. No pressure or scare tactics to upsell. She also listened to my needs, and set me up accordingly. The vehicle was great!Returning the car and making my flight was also very easy with Paul. He arranged for someone to drop me off at the airport which I deeply appreciated. I like how easy this location is to access, too.The people who run this location really value their customers and make the rental experience pleasant. This is definitely going to be my Vegas rental spot going forward! I recommend 10/10.
