Horrible service and customer support avoid this location id suggest the st rose location or the sunset location this place is not worth the frustration trust meAlso they didn’t refund my deposit i forgot to mention that part it was over 800 plus my deposit of 300 which is 1100 for 4 days ?Like i said skip this location at all costs

Jeremy and AJ were amazing helpers at the eastern location. They were very accommodating and communicated thoroughly with me for my first rental. If I ever need a rental or know of someone that does, I’ll send them here. An amazing team!

Rental Agreement 2N0Q9RIt was my first time using this location and Both Kris,Chris,and AJ was great They answered my Question and assured me they would have it in the system i needed a ride to be picked up and dropped off. The day I needed to rent the car I called to make sure of when They was going to come and I spoke to a Emily and she was very rude as If I was bugging her. I was just trying to confirm when they was going to come pick me up as it was 10 till and I hadn't got a call. She rudely told me they will call when they on they way. I called back after the time I was suppose to be picked up which was 10am and spoke to Chris and he made sure a driver was out. AJ was the driver great attitude and friendly. When I return the car I was waiting in the lobby and Emily came in looked at me didn't greet me didn't ask me if I need any help and spoke to Garry another employee there. Another Gentleman came in and stood at the counter and she greeted him and took his keys as he was returning his car. I had to say to emily that I was here and was returning my car as well. Then she said I can take your keys and gave them to another gentleman to do it. I felt like she was still rude from 5 days previous when I spoke to her. All along with a sign hanging in the Lobby saying Our customer our our priority. Well I felt like i was more of a number than a priority with Emily. On the way home Gary seemed frustrated that he needed to take me home and asked me where I live then as I tried to give him my address so he could put it in his GPS and he said to me no you navigate and tell me how to get to your home. I was a little put off but seeing how Emily had spoke to him earlier I think he was just in a bad mood. I looked it up in my phone and directed him to my home. I must say I was disappointed as I have always trusted enterprise and even bought a car from enterprise. My advice if you don't like your job which is helping customers maybe this might not be the job for you.Date of experience: November 25, 2023

Enterprise is a SCAM company. They charge you an extra 300 hundred dollars as a deposit and they promise to refund it back to you after you return vehicle minus any small fee owed for gas and they Never refund your account. Second time this happened to me and this time I am waiting for Management to get a hold of me and refund me my balance owed.

I dislike having to leave a negative review but I felt mislead and undervalued. I attempted to contact the Henderson Executive Airport location several times midweek just before Labor Day weekend. After those unsuccessful attempts, the FBO transferred me to a branch nearby that I believe helps handle operations at the airport.Mike answered the phone and I explained I’d be arriving but it would be after hours. The airport location will not allow the FBO to hold the keys for an after hours collection. However, this is allowed almost anywhere else in the country, as well as the competitors at HND. Mike was super friendly, understanding, and obtained my information so he could attempt to help me out. I believe he is the Branch Manager. He advised he would even contact the District Manager to see what could be done.Mike said he would get back to me and let me know. I felt relieved hoping he was going to get me fixed up. I never heard from him that day. So, the next day, I called a couple times and he was unavailable. I eventually left my name and contact number for him to please call me. He never did. I was disappointed because I really thought he was trying to help me and not receiving a return call to even say he couldn’t, would have been appreciated.Professionally and personally, a lot of business is given to Enterprise. I hope the policy for after hours collection can be changed. Not all flight crews arrive during business hours.

Staff was good, and easy to work with. Some minor service qualms in regards to tonality, however there was a man working there that was very pleasant to work with which helped out the experience from the other staff member. I’m not sure if his name was Jake but reassured me on the car that was being provided. KN 5 was a great ride for my colleagues and I, audio was a bit finicky and drivers side had a high pitch whistle when driving, other than that, still overall a satisfactory service.

Mike was sooo helpful and kind when I needed a car last minute and came in right before close. He stayed late to help me and went above and beyond!
