The best car rental experience I have ever had. From pre-reservation, to pick up, to drop off and check in. Greg was helpful at the drop off and everyone was super pleasant on both transactions. One of my first times using Enterprise but won’t be my last. Thank you.

I rented a pickup so that I could move out to Texas. I was not informed that I would have to pay an extra $300 for one way until I got to the counter. The truck I received was not up to par what so ever. Within 30 minutes of my trip I had multiple lights on the dashboard came on (ABS light, traction control, crash detection, system failure). Furthermore, the gas gauge stopped reading (was stuck at 186 miles/ 1/4 of tank) after the 2nd fuel up, making an already insufferable drive (22 hours) even longer (36 with all the extra stops) because I frequently stopped due to being terrified of running out of gas. I also never received the email with the paperwork regarding the rental, despite calling customer service THREE times to get the email. If I had gotten pulled over or worse, it would’ve appeared I had stolen the truck.I turned the truck in yesterday and the agent was nice and let me know that she put in a note for them to call me today. (She also said she will not be renting the vehicle out until it gets checked out at the shop) I have yet to receive a phone call and I know they seen the account because I received my deposit back.The only saving grace for this company is the fact that I have rented from other enterprises and have never had an issue so I’m just hoping this is a one off issue. The agents at both pick up and drop off were also nice and as usual there was little to no wait. The vehicle was also clean and smelled good. I just really hope that this was a one time issue and won’t happen again.Picture of all of the dash lights that came on included.

I always use enterprise. They have the best staff, always friendly and helpful. They also have cars that are always in good condition.

Car was clean and only a short wait in line to pick it up. All service agents polite and kind. Gary Good at return was particularly efficient and did a great job.

Enterprise was a lifesaver when our flight was canceled. Not only did they extend their our rental for two days, but they helped us with cost of rental too. I’m an Enterprise customer for life. The truck we rented was really nice too. Outstanding customer service!!
