I’ll update this review if my package somehow miraculously reappears. I’m absolutely livid at the moment. I picked up a very important package from someone (a gift to someone else), and placed it in the backseat. I the dropped off the vehicle and forgot to remove it. 2 days later I realized my mistake and called in. I was informed it could simply be “misplaced” but as of now they cannot locate it. That is HIGHLY unlikely, as a valuable item once found doesn’t get set aside without management being notified so the driver can be contacted. I am sure, like all corporations, that Enterprise has “protocol” to follow. I doubt that protocol involves the guys cleaning the vehicles to just set it aside and say nothing. This is unacceptable and extremely upsetting.

Niaomi is the best. My company car is in the shop at Ford and she was able to get me in a rental car right away. I highly recommend this location for your rental car needs.

Enterprise rentals no matter what location you visit seem to be unprofessional. Rented a car, had a little mishap with the car and they treated us like we stole something even though our insurance is paying this. Will never use of recommend using Enterprise again.

Picked up our rental at opening time 8am didn't get our rental until about 10am than left, went to the store got into the vehicle are realized there was a horrible sent of animal urine. Called let the person know (Naomi) that the car smelt horrible and wanted to switch the vehicle out. She persisted that the car was cleaned out before we took the vehicle several times. I informed her yet again that the smell was very pungent and I wasn't going to keep the vehicle, because who knows when the dealer will have my truck finished. After trying to prove a point that the car was cleaned I had enough of the repeating, I wasn't going to sit there and listen to her excuses I wanted a solution. She said we would have to wait until the end of the day to get a switch out. Excuse me, No! I'm in the area now...I live 30 plus minutes away I'm not going to drive back in forth. I asked if she could call other locations to see if we could switch out at another Enterprise she basically wanted me to do it. Than finally said she would look around and get back to me. 40 minutes pass after our lunch I call back because I'm still in the area I spoke with another gentlemen. He put me on a brief hold and said, "we have a vehicle we can get you in," that's much smaller than a SUV but that's what they had. So why didn't Naomi call me and Inform me that there was a vehicle available? As almost she "forgot to help out the situation." We get back to Enterprise and we waited yet another 40 minutes to get into the swap. Was then informed that if they get a larger vehicle in the meantime they will hold it for us to do another swap as we need the space. However, again I don't live around the corner, so it would be me losing more time and money on gas to drop off the first swap. Absolutely ridiculous!!! Between dealer messing up my vehicle with a normal change oil, rotate tires to having it for almost 5 days... to Enterprise keeping me here all day because their retailers aren't checking and cleaning vehicles correctly as they come in. Everyone has one job let's all get it together people!!!

I’ve had two interactions with Chris C. already in the past few years and he is absolutely my favorite Enterprise rep out of all the locations I have visited. Quick, smart, friendly, fast and extremely down to earth. He delivers an outstanding customer service experience each time I have met him. He treats you more like a friend then a customer. No stress experience and very professional, outstanding!

Very friendly, but if they know you've had a DUI in the past, they will not lend you a "$30k vehicle" per their branch manager Derek. However, this is "up to the branch manager's discretion." Which feels a little like discrimination, but is 100% up to the company. My gripe is in the way he spoke to me in noting the "$30k" car; additionally we did call this branch and a manager DID approve my rental, which is why we made the reservation.Paul, the associate assisting me initially, however, was very helpful and polite. 5stars for Paul. A different Enterprise was comfortable enough to lend me a vehicle, perhaps this vehicle isn't $30k. What a stupid thing to say to a guest... however, before I could secure my reservation at the other Enterprise, the original Enterprise redeemed themselves (see update).*Update: after I left and called the lawyer's office that made my reservation at Enterprise to inform them I was denied a vehicle, Enterprise was kind enough to let me know they CHANGED THEIR MIND. I was allowed to rent a car! So, I took another Uber to Enterprise to pick up my rental; they even gave me an upgrade to a full sized sedan for the inconvenience. UPDATED*

at this location they have attitudes. The woman employee thinks she can treat a customer how she wants. Will never use this branch again!! They need Customer service skills.

We arrived 2 minutes before closing time for pick up because our flight was delayed. Not only were we able to get our car even if we were super last minute, but the employees were efficient, pleasant, and very understanding about the situation.The car itself was great, clean and reliable for our 3000+ miles road trip.Drop off was also seamless, fast, and the employees were once again very kind and professional. Nothing bad to say at all, we had a great experience!
