There was no instructions when dropping the car off. I had to keep asking the valet guys. Once finally parked there was no guidance or directions on where to return the key there should be a sign in the garage with directions of where to go but there isn't. It took me 2.5 hours to finally find the stand because no one knew where to go. Then once at the little stand the sign was miss leading saying you needed to go to an entrance to return the key. The sign should say the key drop box is to the right of this stand not giving instructions to go to an entrance. This could have been avoided or less stressful if better signs were there. No one was available to answer a phone call.

This is a shady business that commits insurance fraud and will do it by force. If she asks "are you sure you don't want their added insurance in case of theft?" She really means that if you decline they will be stealing the rental and you will pay with your insurance by the time your rental is done. RICO business beware.

NEVER again. Rented a Porsche Boxster for a day to visit Red Rock Canyon and Hoover Dam. Pick up was scheduled for 2p at the Paris Hotel, Enterprise rep was not there till 245p. Nearly impossible to get a rep on the phone. Vehicle was not clean inside, registration was expired (it was ticketed for this when we parked it downtown). No rep was present when we returned the vehicle either so had to leave keys in a drop box. Forgot my Rx sunglasses in the car so I left a note in the drop box and called Enterprise Exotic was told they would retrieve them. Took 3 weeks for vehicle rental to be closed out/checked. I was over charged for mileage (put ~150miles on the odometer and was charged for double that). This was taken out of my $1000 deposit. I have made multiple attempts to address this, no one gets back to you via email or phone. Never had my sunglasses returned either. Never again. Worst rental experience ever. Would have been better off just renting a mustang from the airport.

Update: after 2.5 hours we finally got our car and it has less than a half of a tank of gas! What are they doing????We had a reservation with them for an 8 am pickup. We have now been waiting over 2 hours past or pickup time and they still haven’t brought our car! They won’t answer the phone for us or the enterprise rental agent. They have been saying 10-15 minutes for 2 hours! Answer the phone and being the car!!!!

Well, it didn't start off well and ended with alot of question marks.... I booked my rental 2 months before my vacation to las Vegas and once i got there to pickup my rental i was told i still had to pay another 200 which was not disclosed in my rental agreement which i read at least 4 times. Now while i was discussing this with the manager i did see the worker at the counter approve a foreign(white) customer with no us drivers license for a rental car because he had money. I noticed this entire conversation and transaction and once the counter person noticed i was paying attention to what was happening to my left( mind you i am black) he quickly approved my reservation without me having to pay the extra $200. needless to say i was not happy about this but i had to get to los angels for a professional event that i was djing. will i ever use enterprise again? probably not. Why? well it's obvious that they would rather deal with white people who have money... and here is the crazy part, i could have been a multi millionaire.. but since i wasnt dressed in a suit and tie like the white man was.. i was treated way differently and had i not spoke up for myself i would have been stuck in vegas and missed my performance. They need to have all their terms and agreements in writing and stop with the hidden fees.

I needed a car due to my resort not having shuttle service. I reserved a mid-size and scheduled a ride from my resort. The ride was an hour late and I arrived close to closing. They were out of cars but instead gave me an upgrade to a truck and a free half tank of gas for the inconvenience. I strongly recommend this Enterprise location in Las Vegas.

Long story cut VERY short..... we didn't start off on a good note! They did not have the SUV that I reserved and also confirm 2 days before pickup. After I completely explained that my 85 yr old large father will never be able to get into the frontier pickup he wanted to give me he tried to give me an even smaller vehicle. A Toyota Camry! Not happening!. Jose went out to talk to his manager and went next door to Exotic Cars and got us a wonderful Yukon at no extra charge. I can say that they really made it work out for us.

Wonderful experience renting through Enterprise! Cesar was so kind and helpful. The car was clean, beautiful and fuel efficient. I definitely recommend this location being as its so close to the strip and airport, it makes traveling much easier! Thank you!!

This place is a joke. My West Virginia driver's license wouldn't scan and they said it was fraudulent and kicked me out. I asked them to call the police then and see what they think of my "fake" driver's license. I also asked them to call the WV DMV which they said wasn't worth their time. Centered 90% of our honeymoon around this road trip we were planning on taking and was told get bent, in so many words, by Aleyda Fonseca and her sidekick Bridget. We did not have the opportunity to complete our whole road trip in the R8 we rented due to finally getting in the car 3 hours late. Rent somewhere else.**Edit** I bumped it to 3 stars because Rayland Currie and Dante McCowan made everything as right as it could be. I did bump into Bridget again, who apologized, while swapping vehicles because we didn't have enough time to do what we wanted to do the prior day, so they gave us another day in a Mustang GT at substantially reduced cost. It's not an R8, but it was fun nonetheless and our second road trip was great as well! Just use the airport location instead of this one, they were much more helpful.

Mark Stewart is the manager of this location. He and his staff are great at what they do because Mark has shown them how to understand the companies needs. Being a Enterprise member I had many choices of locations. We had trouble with our car size, because we acquired a wheelchair after getting to California after switching cars for a larger one.The John Wayne Airport literally gave us a defective car that left I person in a wheelchair and another with a cane and their aid by not answering a call for emergency assistance. They were to busy with incoming clients at 9pm regular business hours!!! They stranded us in California, where the transmission and brakes failed just as we were getting on to the freeway for our trip back to Vegas. We had to find a hotel and ride with an Uber at 3am. We asked to speak to Page who did the paperwork but listened as she spoke in the background while staff said she was UNAVAILABLE!!! Mark called us and told us what steps to take even though we went to John Wayne. He was generally concerned for us. He did everything he could to get us back to Vegas. A one night planned trip to Hollywood turned into 2 nights one from Hell !! I'll never Ever use John Wayne on my next visit, remembering the unintentionally smiling faces at that location. However I will shout out Mark Stewart and his location as a place for your rental. Go there for your rental, he won't leave you stranded. Thank You Mr. Stewart.
