This use to be my favorite place in Vegas to rent a vehicle. Not no more !after my experience of being treated very poorly I will be using a different company for all my rental needs .My insurance company agent said He trys not even using enterprise services..Sad once a great company to this .....

Horrible experience. Seem under staffed, and rude to me over the phone. Also did not end up getting my vehicle from them. Avoid this location if possible

I went to enterprise car rental over on E Bruner and man I rent rental cars all the time but this was definitely the best service I had gotten Hasan and Robert from enterprise both went above and beyond to help me get the best car within my budget great service very helpful and friendly!! When dropping the car off I had accidentally left my backpack with my wallet in the rental car after dropping it off after hours Hasan and Robert both were there and helped me find it everything was accounted for I will definitely be going back in the near future!!

I had a reservation for a rental and came as soon as I got off work at 4pm. I arrived at 4:20, and there was 1 woman in front of me. Two more customers showed up after me, 1 woman and a man shortly after her. The man who was helping me told me to take a seat and my car would be ready shortly. Then, he called the woman who came before me, gave her her car and then gave the woman who came AFTER me the option of a Jeep or a Toyota. She left in the Jeep and then he helped the male customer who arrived after her. I sat patiently just to be told I was going to have to wait an additional 30 minutes while everyone who came after me was helped and had left already. After that, the other employee comes in ranting and raving about how he hates his job and wants to quit. I quietly smirked because it was awkward, then he goes “no I’m serious I HATE THIS JOB WITH A PASSION AND WANT TO QUIT” and I’m just like ok? Quit then?? Talk about unprofessional. I left without getting helped because my anxiety kept going up due to the environment. WORST LOCATION. They are now closed so hopefully another location will be more helpful for me tomorrow.

I made a reservation for an SUV for my 50th birthday trip to Lake Havasu for myself & 4 other friends who flew into town. We needed a big car to drive to Havasu to fit all 5 of us in it plus all of our stuff because my car wouldn't fit all of us & our stuff. I was so excited for my 50th bday trip & my good friends from back east coming into town. Well that all went to "bleep" when I got a phone call the day before my rental pick up date. I got a call telling me that they didn't have an SUV & they weren't sure if they would have one for me the next day (my pick up day) & I was told to call around to other Enterprise car rentals in town. I was like "what? aren't you suppose to do that?" "Your inconveniencing me & now you want me to do the leg work?" Ummmm NOPE!! I was told to call another location, the one by New Orleans hotel & given their number: 702-597-2515. I was @ the airport picking up my last friend who flew into town so I texted one of my friend's at my house who was waiting for us to come back. She called that number & spoke to someone & was told that they would have an SUV for us but when she asked about returning it back to this location since this one was closer to my house the guy told her we would have to pay a fee to return back to here. He couldn't tell her how much because it was based on mileage. Another big FAT NO in my book. You guys are making me do the leg work & now you want me go way out of my way to pick up a car & charge me a fee to return it to a closer & 24 hr drop of location. I called back this location & spoke the manager Edwin & asked him if he could call over to the other location & work something out. Apparently Enterprise locations don't work with each other out her in Vegas. He told me he would call & call me back. Well 3.5 hrs later I never heard back from Edwin so I call back & I'm told he's at lunch @ 3:30pm & he will have him call me back. Well an hour goes by & I hear nothing so I call back & get to speak to Edwin. Now I'm already not trusting this guy because he's not a man of his word. He tells me he can have the fee dropped down to $50 & I'm like NO then he tells me or he can have it waived. Really?? You can have it waved, then why didn't you tell me that in the 1st place vs trying to charge me $50?? No beuno!! Spoke to a rude girl @ the other location the next day who told me she didn't have an SUV & would have one @ 2pm. Well after all this BS we ended up going with Fox car rental who had a lot full of SUV's (& cars) and the service was way better over there. I will NEVER try to rent from an Enterprise location out here in Vegas again & I HIGHLY recommend you don't rent from here, the New Orleans location or any other Enterprise locations out here. Terrible, sneaky, dishonest business right here!! Go to Fox Rental car!!!

I spent so much money with this company. I thought they were honest until I rented a car and it was a dent on the passenger door the girl Toca picture on a iPad. The mistake I made is to trust him. I did not bother taking a picture with my phone and the claim did I did the dent. I will never go back there again they put me on the credit report and they bang me from enterprise they send me a bill for $700 which I didn't do so as I'm concerned I do not recommend this place to anybody. They have so much competition and there is so many good people out there they claiming to be a family business, no it's a corporate business dishonest people, never succeed. I'm so disappointed, and I will never pay that bill which I didn't do.

Enterprise has been around for many years, and one of the best rental car services nationwide wide. I recently booked a car online at the Henderson St. Rose location, received an online confirmation, and was ready to pick the car up at 3:30 on Thursday. Instead, I received a call saying there were no cars available. I asked so how was I able to make a reservation then? I was told someone forgot to close the website out.So I asked for assistance with helping me find another location, I was informed I have to do it myself. Hmmm, okay, and wow was my response. Today, I made another reservation at another location for 3 days, I hope this would be more successful.

I booked my rental here because I had good experience with enterprise in other cities. However my experience in this location is very poor.I booked a SUV to pickup in the st rose location at 4:30PM. When I got there, they don’t have a car for me. They only have one minivan left and it was booked by another renter. They said if the renter didnot show up at 5pm, I can take the car. I asked what if the renter showed up, which car would I get? They said I won’t get any car in that case. Eventually I waited until 5pm, and got the minivan.After I drove it for a week, the left side view mirror starts to fall off. I contacted other enterprise locations near me, and they all said I need to go to the original location to swap a vehicle. I ended up driving more than 1 hr to get the car swapped to a sedan, which is again the only car they have at the location.If I booked a sedan to begin with, I would have at lease save some money. I paid for the price of a SUV, then I got a minivan and later swapped to a sedan. I don’t think it is fair to me that I paid for an upgrade but never got one, and none of the nearby enterprise locations can help me with swapping vehicles when it had an issue

this location is the worst!!! the manager is terrible! they never have cars , always something with this place !! I've called customer service several times and nothing gets done! Jameson in the call center is extremely rude and condescending... I work in the casino Industry and I will never send anyone there again! and I will also tell all the customers to never rent from them either. go somewhere else !! By the way this is the 3 time this has happened!! Enterprise sucks !! Specifically this location

Edwin is a joke (unfortunately for them he's also their manager), don't go here and if you must, don't leave trusting his word, he'll screw you dry and never think twice about. (Warm Springs location was good.) Read your documents and don't let him rush you out without paying everything right then and there....he will purposely screw you and not care about it one bit. Heck, it's been a week, the DM was supposed to call me "immediately" after the shitshow Edwin caused me.On Monday I go get the rental, as we're looking over the car for existing damages, this man told me I could extend my rental if needed, specifically going over the prices with me...I'm a single (very frugal) mom who's always taking notes. That matters because I wrote down every single thing we discussed to the tee with the date, time, etc so him changing the price on me PISSES ME OFF. When I went in person to extend, he changed everything on me. All the sudden price wasn't what we discussed, weekly special no longer exists- everything. He tried to screw me over and I should have known right then and there that he's GRIMEY ASF. We finally come to an agreement (not short from basically exactly what he said on Monday). He's super busy and rushes me out, tells me he'll call me later with the exact cost cause he can't get his computer to do what he's trying to do. He doesn't call me later. Well, not for that. He does call on a "false alarm." (I'm guessing that means he forgot to extend out my reservation and was calling to tell me I didn't return the car. duhhhhh) There's a lot to tell, but to cut it short, after I finally track him down the next day at closing, he TRIED to rape my wallet and completely take advantage of me. On Monday I rented for 3 days plus full coverage. $289. On Wednesday I extend out to get the weekly special (pay5get2free) so basically I should be charged 2 days plus 4 days coverage. He tried to charge my card $480! Thank the world my bank flagged it. I flew my undressed a** on a rampage straight there, in full panic mode as I'm also with my toddler. Edwin was just a j**** He doesn't belong working in customer service. The way he told me to just leave the keys; it didn't bother him at all that HE PUT US in this situation by making arrangements he couldn't even remember. "i got $40 taken off" mfer eff you and your $40. i threw my card down and he kept telling me to just leave the car, as if he left me any choice. I did have to keep the car, with him doing this s*** right at closing, I had no time to make any moves. He cornered me, I mean I was rushed down there in pjs with my child. He put me in a situation where I had no choice but to keep the rental and that wasn't right. Then to carry on and insult me to another guest as I'm walking out. After he basically stole food out my kids mouth. "not everyone can afford to rent a car." p***** yeah, that's the audacity of the manager there. I could absolutely afford the prices we discussed, but I'm not about to sit here and close my mouth while some a****** tries to take advantage of me.He will make arrangements, he won't remember them so you may or may not be accused of not returning the rental, then he'll charge you up the a*** he'll lie and stare blankly in your face. He'll agree to shut you up, get you gone then he'll f*ck you raw again the next time around. He really does make it count. I lost work over the anguish this "man" caused me. Customer service seemed to be very sympathetic when I called, but then I find out the first person didn't even note it, so the second person didn't know why I was so upset and I had to go over it again and again and again. she was useless... its over a week now and the District Manager who supposedly cares so much hasn't reached out not once. My name is Krisztian. I just rented from Enterprise on Bruner Ave. In Las Vegas. Two gentlemen by the names of Hassan and Edwin were the agents. Very friendly, quick, and professional. I also rented a couple of months ago. Then I was helped by Maui and I believe his name was Ian. They had the same professional qualites. Thank you guys. Happy holidays to you all.
