Made a reservation from website, when I went to pick up the car, they asked for passport, so I have to go back to my hotel to get my passport, i dont know why they want passport when i have booked multiple times car with them Then he said they don't have the car which I booked and I have 2 options either cancel or go to airport to pick up the car I booked.I am not happy with this kind of service.

My worst customer experience ever. Called the rental station, made a reservation, difficult to find, finally made it to the desk. Nobody there. Gave up after 30 minutes. What a frustration.

Was moved from Linq to Flamingo location the night prior to rental. Waited 1hr 15 min in line. They only had 2 people working, one cleaning cars and the other between the desk and the garage. Manager knew they were moving people and didn't provide extra people to help. Price was higher by $30, they didn't care. There were 8 groups behind me that wanted a car. Car only had 3/4 tank of gas, but they didn't take note of that. Tires were badly out of balance. Then the sales guy asked everyone waiting to leave him a good review. Enterprise was once focused on customer service, now it is just sad and disappointing.Update: I had two different people contact me about my experience. I shared my frustrations especially the billing issue and they both said someone would reach out to me. No one ever did.

We reserved a car online for December 24th at a different location, Enterprise called us the day before to advise the only cars available were at the location in the Flamingo Hotel which was fine with us as we were staying very close by...at Harrah's. The employee was very nice, offered us two different choices of vehicles. When you leave Flamingo's parking lot, just click on the service button, when they answer, just tell them you have a rental and they will open the gate. While we had the rental car, we parked at Harrah's since that was the hotel we were staying at. We had no issues returning the car to the Flamingo parking lot, the Enterprise employee had mentioned to us that if there were no more parking spaces on the 5th floor to just park the car on any other level of thegarage and just let them know where. They provided all these instructions when we rented the car. We had a great experience renting from this location! We also had no issues with the billing.

Made a reservation for a convertible in person at the business. The day of my reservation, they did not have the car I reserved. They called later that day, and could push my reservation to next day. But they would only have one convertible, and I would be the 4th reservation for the one car. Whomever showed up first would get it. My opinion is that is a poor way to run an operation.
