Showed up at 1:30pm when they opened to pick up my car rental, but there was a sign saying to go to enterprise at Paris - annoying! but we trek over to Paris, or at least try to find it, but was unknowingly directed to enterprise at Horseshoe. Upon arrival they also had a sign indicating they were away from the desk and to call the phone number for immediate assistance, so I called and it’s just an automated number and couldn’t get anyone to answer. At this point it’s almost 3pm and I still haven’t found the desk at Paris. I again attempted to find the desk at Paris which I found with minutes to spare before they closed. However….they were already closed despite their hours saying they were open 1:30-3pm.I called the phone number they had listed and managed to get through to someone only for him to tell me I didn’t show up at my scheduled time and I didn’t call anyone. Wow, was I livid. I wasted 90 minutes of my time trying to find an open kiosk. Only to be told I was basically lying and it’s my fault, and there’s nothing they can do.This really ruined my opinion of enterprise and I will never deal with them again. I will continue to bring my business to Avis/budget.

We rented a vehicle for a day- mini day road trip. Pick up and drop off at our hotel - Planet Hollywood. Easy process. Have to give a shout-out to Chris — he was absolutely amazing ! Great work ethics , patient , explains everything throughout the process and answered all of our questions. Chris delivers great customer service - we are very pleased with our experience ! Thanks Chris at the planet Hollywood Enterprise location!!!!

Made an online reservation to pick up a car at 11am. When we got there we were informed they had no cars available. Apparently you need to get there at opening (7:30am) to get one of the few cars they actually have in stock. Save yourself the headache and get a car at the airport.

I usually don’t have good experiences at car rental agencies but this one was an exception. Everything was perfect. The Enterprise employee, Chris Jones, was a breath of fresh air. He was personable, efficient, professional, and seemed to really value me as a customer. I will definitely rent from this location again and can only hope I get Chris again as the one helping me with my rental. He deserves recognition for being an amazing customer service agent for Enterprise. Many other agents could learn from Chris and his customer service skills.

I had the best experience renting a car. Mario made the process quick, but most importantly his customer service was outstanding. He was all about customer satisfaction. I was one satisfied customer. I wish all Enterprise companies had customer service like that.

My review is based on after-hours drop off for a one way return.VERY little signage on-site or online telling us where to drop off the car or where the customer service booth is. Took us driving around into wrong structures and asking valet to finally locate the parking spaces.The booth is downstairs near reception. There is where we found a sign telling us where to park. There is also a drop off box where you can drop the keys upon your return. It was jammed with another set of keys, so we waited to drop them off until the next morning with the clerk. Very friendly, checked for any concerns from our end, and he took the keys and let us know he’d check us out.Parking to return the car is in the parking garage, go towards and pass valet towards a brown wall where it’ll have small signs on the wall indicating “Enterprise Reserve”.Overall easy experience once you can finally locate everything.

We had a great experience with Enterprise in Planet Hollywood.Andrew made everything thing smooth and easy and he was extremely professional and easy to talk to. Highly recommend this location.Thank you for making our trip great!

Very good service and speed. Incredible convenance while staying at the PH hotel for pick up and drop off. Car was ready as promised and registration was fast. Clean car and very friendly staff that made everything as easy as could be.

We had a good experience with our car rental (we even got a free upgrade!) The only downside is that the desk is a little confusing to find. It’s in the downstairs lobby by the hotel check in, and PH24.

Made reservation and went to pick up the cars, told us that the cars were not ready and needed to wait another 2 hours. Called us 2 hours later saying the cars are ready, went to pick up and the cars and then were told there were no cars for us. Unbelievable

Avoid this place like the absolute plague and ignore these obviously bogus positive reviews. I reserved a car here through Chase and arrived at my reservation time only to be told that there were no cars available and that there would not be any car available the entire day. I was further told that there were 5 other people ahead of me on the waitlist who were also not getting cars. The service agent did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation--no warning, no effort to get me a car from another agency--nothing.I had to rush to the airport and book last minute through a different rental car company at twice the price. And of course I could not get a refund directly through Enterprise, but had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with Chase.Absolutely awful experience and will never book with Enterprise again.

Shoutout to Maliki who provided exceptional customer service.We booked an economy car at the last minute on Monday morning knowing that there might not be one available. When we arrived at 10:45 they were out of all cars. Maliki let us know that cars will come in within the next two hours. We decided to wait. He called us in 45 minutes with a great car and got us on our way in a few minutes.We overheard a man shouting while we were in line, and Maliki handled it very professionally. This location usually has a staff of 1, so please be patient, kind and understanding.

Reserved a car months in advance and zero cars available. Ruined our trip. Will never rent from Enterprise again.

Big thanks to Maliki Wilson for the great customer service! Also thanks to Crystal for making the customer experience very easy! Most definitely will be booking with this location next time I come back out to Vegas!
